Got a $10 gift card to here for Christmas and ended up with an order of $10.35 because the prices are not on their website. The person taking my order tried to waive the 35 cents and in the end succeeded but this process held up the line and took about 5 minutes. My beverage (Chai Golden Eagle) was fine, but they forgot my mom's straw. Bafflingly inefficient ordeal and I am not returning.

Honestly you can never go wrong with dutch bros. I love this place! And I asked how there new drink was and the girl at the front gave me her opinion and I tried it and now im hooked. Love this place ❤

Went to buy a gift card, and they charged me 2 times for the same gift card. I went back the next day, they told me they couldn't do anything to come back the next day. I did. They told me they couldn't refund me. Uuhhhh why you charged me twice!!! They said I would have to contact their corporate but no refund

Great atmosphere. My favorite is 911 coffee. They have 2 lanes that is a plus not having to wait long. Cant wait try more different drinks

one year later after my initial review I have gone there 6 times and service has gone downhill

The coffee was great but the management should consider throwing a shade structure up for the runners who have to bake in the sun. At just get them done Dutch brothers wide brimmed hats.
