What a bad experience due to one of the lady that works for this Coffee Bean, she shouldn't work on a place where she has to deal with customers. She was giving bad attitude to all the requests we had. And very mean on the way she spoke to us. I'm pretty sure more people will complaint about her.

Terrible. Came at 7p, store closes at 9. Chairs were put up, cash drawers put away, bathroom says 'unavailable'. I used to work at Starbucks, so I get wanting to leave early, but this was extreme.

I was craving a peppermint mocha but wanted a blended version, so the barista suggested their peppermint mocha crumble, which was delicious. Not as sweet or pepperminty as Starbucks. The cookie crumble tastes like an oreo cookie.

I understand and agree that everyone should wear a mask to decrease the chances of spreading covid but if there is NO sign on the doors letting customers know that they canโt eat inside and then being told rudely to wear a mask (which again I agree with) but the way it went about and was told was wrong. If there were signage informing me of no food or eating inside I would have avoided even going inside in the first place. Second once my sisters drink was ready, everyone who had order a cold refresher had received a straw without asking meanwhile my sister waited for someone to attend her to ask for a straw and finally she got impatient and reached over to get one. The workers there had seen my sister waiting and never bothered to ask her what she may need help with and then she gets told โexcuse me missโ for finally taking action and getting a straw after waiting for so long. I understand that it may have been busy but I believe workers should treat all customers the SAME. Iโve never had an issue with any other coffee bean but I will never go back to this coffee bean ever again.

What a joke. Went ordering here make sure to ask for little ice. I got a medium size iced coffee and paid for 95% ice 5% coffee. After 3 sips the drink literally finished. Not a big deal I figured I'll just go back and get a refill aren't they $0.25 cents anyways?!?! I guess not the guy said he can't refill it for that price and need to pay full price. Starbucks has much better customer service and incentives.

I absolutely love this Coffee Bean. If you park in the parking garage, and make a purchase at any establishment at the Americana, you don't have to pay for parking for about an hour. I like how they have a seasonal rotational coffee selection. They have a Vanilla Coffee Latte that is to die for. I only wish they had it all year, then I would come for it specifically. This coffee tastes way better than the other name brand coffee shops and is reasonably priced.

Great tea and coffee and their service is always so personalized. ๐ the cookie butter hot coffe is that right stuff.
