Wonderful service, Coffee and and chai spiced hot.

Drinks and food were perfect. Customer service was going great until the girl taking the order rolled her eyes when we asked what was in the kuppa crunch salad. This happened today, 2/11/2021, between 12:50-1:00pm. We were not even being rude at all. We simply ordered 2 iced kuppa joy’s, and then inquired after their food options, and there were only 2 cars in line behind us. I do not appreciate the rudeness when my friends and I were never rude in the first place.

I love it, always get the Amazing Grace, hot, with an extra shot.
Only downside is really long lines and not hot cup holder things. I burn my hand every morning.

My sister, my mom and I decided to grab a quick drink and breakfast this morning, and we found Joy Thru through a Google search. The pictures on Google looked good and they had high reviews, so we were looking forward to trying a new place. Unfortunately, everything from the coffee to the food to the service was "just ok". The Garden Bagel sandwich is 3/4 cold bagel and 1/4 brown or wilted veggies. We were told it was supposed to have feta cheese, but neither of the sandwiches did. They were pretty hard to choke down, so I threw mine away after a few bites. My mom got coffee and a ham and cheese croissant, and again they were both pretty lackluster. The girl the the window was nice, until I had questions, then she seemed to be irritated when I asked about leaving the bacon off of a chipotle sandwich. I think its perfectly fine to say that the food items are all pre-made and no adjustments or substitutions can be made. The one bright spot (the reason for the 2nd star) was the lavender lemonade. My sister loved it and said she would go back just for that drink.

I had a Almond Joy Espresso, which was really a great cup of coffee, I loved it. And I got a Strawberry Macaroon which was perfect, not super hard at all. It was lightly crunchy and soft inside...Big Yum.

Mixed coffee drinks and straight up Fire Roast Expresso is very good. Staff friendly and fast, periodically may be served by owner. Locally owned and closed on Sundays Christian based coffee. Can stock up for Sunday's with bottled Kup of Joy... My out of town family love receiving Kup of Joy when I go to visit.

Friendly staff, fast service and you don’t have to get out of your car! Drinks are fantastic a few of my favorites are an ice Kuppa Joy with Almond milk or a hot hallelujah popper(don’t know what that is ask it’s delicious!) 👌🏻 The staff always say hi when I drive up, I love this Joy Thru!
