Bummer because it says you can sign up and get 10% off to use right off the bat, but then the employee told me it is to use for next time. My aunt told me to use my phone number for her order so I can earn points, but employee was more of "you can use your own number, but I guess." with not a caring attitude. I saw that I did not even earn points. It was still zero after two transactions. Obviously the rewards was not even working/inputted.

I'm not coming back because I don't even live in Fresno and if I do, I'll visit other boba places instead. The drink was okay to good. When you aren't given good service to want to come back, it isn't worth the trouble coming back just to get the 10% off.

Best Thai Tea Smoothie I’ve ever had. Drinks are on the pricey side but the drinks are good quality, store is CLEAN, staff is nice, boba is always fresh, and my drink tastes the same every time so it’s well worth it. This boba place is always my first choice when I’m craving a boba.

It’s one of my favorite tea shop here in Fresno. But the owner is not really that nice. Really rude and bad costumer service. Never coming back again.
