Cafe Van Ness

It is a quaint neighborhood coffee shop which serves some creative flavors. My friends and I were visiting Fresno and stayed near the coffee shop. We found this place through Yelp. We went there everyday and tried the various flavors posted on the wall to the left if register. I enjoyed the Simpson.

Giving only two stars because their espresso is consistently bad. It's a cute place, nice people but their espresso based drinks are sour and taste like battery acid. I'd come back if they worked on their technique.

Awesome small little shop. Cappuccino was great. Hot cocoa was good as well. Friendly service. Would definitely come again.

Cafe Van Ness is a wonderful little coffee shop in the tower/old fig garden community. Located just outside of Gazebo Gardens, it is a nice place to come sit and relax in the morning with a cup of coffee, read the paper, and maybe take a stroll around the nursery. I definitely recommend stopping by this local gem and trying out their mocha (its my favorite!).

Delicious mocha on a rainy day. I'm from out of town and took a recommendation to come here. I'll be back next time I'm in Fresno. My daughter and I got to watch a train go by, a good place for train spotting.

Very good coffees nice space next to a garden nursery. Friendly staff.

Love this place. My dog and I enjoy some morning coffee on the patio. The coffee is also amazing, staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Cozy atmosphere with delicious coffee and chocolate croissants. The next door garden makes for a great post-coffee stroll.

Cute little local spot for a morning cup of joe & lovely garden views. And yes, they do decaf 😊
