Boba Addict

Boba Addict is the BEST place to get a boba and snacks. I just came back from MinTea by Vons on Cedar/Shepherd. I ordered a Thai milk tea and was asked did I want with or without boba. I said without. She charged me for the higher priced Thai milk tea and I saw a cheaper Thai milk tea on the menu, so I asked her what’s the difference? She said it was without Boba. Hello,.. did I not want a Thai milk tea without Boba ?!
When ringing me up, I noticed a service charge that was higher than the tax! I asked what was that charge for and she said anytime an order is less than $7, you’re charged a service fee. I walked out. Boba Addict has more selection, reasonably priced already and they’re very quick service. I would recommend Boba Addict to anyone!!

Very good customer service. Very helpful in explaining how the menu options and how to order. I had several questions and they took the time to answer all questions without hesitation. The drinks were amazing and the mozzarella sticks were scrumptious! We will definitely be repeat customers

The service is always lame here. They do their job, but they act like Squidward. If you're that disinterested, get a different job. Don't bring your attitude to work with you.
However, I will say, the Boba here is really good and I love the Taro milk tea. Delicious and tastes like strawberry milk.

We came by because BobaPub was out of all bobas. We were hopeful because the store was clean and the reviews were good. To be fully objective; you can't choose sweetness level, it's watery and seems to lack either condensed milk or half and half, the munchies were okay.

Before the pandemic, I used to come in all the time with my cousins and just hang out. Love how they had games out. Plus, this was my first place that popped my boba cherry. Enjoyed every moment of it lol. Fast forward to today, still love going here. Customer service is awesome and great selection!

It's a cute small shop, there are also a lot of games you can play there that they have on some shelves. They have a big TV there and the time I went they played Thor Ragnarok on repeat, no prob with that😉😁

The best boba options I've seen so far. I purchased a split cup. One avocado snow bubble and the other was a matcha milk tea. Both were delicious. The atmosphere was great ad well. So far my favorite boba spot.
