Their special Honey Lavender & Rose is one of the tastiest drinks I’ve ever had! Wonderful place!

First time trying coming to this place, the environment was pretty good, the lighting was nice and atmosphere was great. Staff was welcoming, got an iced black coffee americano and its notes were pretty good, nice balance of sweetness and acidity. It’s missing a few notes on some flavor but it was a good cup, affordable as well not a bad spot. 4.6/5 coffee shop.

They have at least 5 different coffees to choose from for their pour over menu and the syphon system for brewing is really interesting and brings out the flavors of the coffee. I don't think the avocado toast is as good as Hi-Tops was but it's still pretty good

Best best best. Best staff, best food, the toasts and pastries by Craig are AMAZING. and the coffee is top notch. The prices are SO reasonable. I work in the neighborhood and this shop is such a welcomed sight.

Came here yesterday for the first time since this spot is now Alchemist coffee lab. It was packed! Which is great to see a local business thriving. The staff and owner were all really nice and welcoming and the prices are average, maybe even a bit less for a private coffee shop. I got a vanilla iced latre with oatmilk, the latte was strong, fresh tasting coffee and well balanced with the vanilla. The atmosphere was fun, a lot of local tower friends, people socializing and working. There are a lot of seats and plug-ins for laptops. I'd like to come during the week when it's not so busy. I'll definitely be back for their coffee, Blue Seal Bagels now serves bagels there, which are the best in town, so definitely will be back for those!

Really good chai latte at this place--spicy, not milky-sweet, like some places that use the powder mix. The only reason it's not 5 star rating is pastry choices and atmosphere, because it needs some sound dampening to keep the echo down so you can have a conversation, and some softer chairs would be welcome for this old hiney. Otherwise, I like the facelift they've given the space.

Drinks are creative, food items are high quality and delicious. The atmosphere is very laid back and chill.
Most of the time, all the baristas are knowledgeable and receptive, there was only one visit where the barista was handing out drinks I had ordered and walked right by me while my hand was up, and gave the drinks to someone else who wasn't even paying attention. Very weird, and the guy didn't engage with anyone. I get it, though, if it's busy. But the reputation this cafe has is pretty high, so there are gonna be some fair expectations imo.
