Dutch Bros Coffee

Waited in the drive-through for over 55 minutes. With about 12 cars in front of me. Over 50 minutes after my order was taken and money paid. Wasted way too much time for a $7 medium drink that was not good.

I was given my drink while in line (not at the window) with a "sorry this is crazy" then nothing. Didn't make sure my drink was made correctly.

The drink was gross, but I couldn't wait any longer to get to the window to have them correct it.

I've been to Dutch Bros many times in Washington State and those experiences were great, but this was a huge fail. Will not be back for a while or until they allow you to mobile order.

Double lane drive thru. Walkup window on north facing wall. There is a bike lock/stand near the walkup window. No tables/area to sit. Take out only.

Just left the Dutch bros not long ago, ordered two blended golden eagles with cream and caramel on top, and two other drinks; only one had the cream and caramel on top, it tastes like a blended mocha. I was disappointed, but the employees are very friendly.

Dutch bros is amazing don’t get me wrong. This location however takes forever to take orders. Waited in line for 30 minutes to have to leave and not order anything. Dutch bros is good but waiting an hour for drink good? Nah try another location

Unreasonable wait times, consistently. I read the Dutch Bros mission statement and they claim speed, this is not true. I’ve been there every morning since they opened. Waiting ~30 minutes for coffee, every morning at 6:30 in the morning is unreasonable.

Both this location and the Rialto location are not properly staffed and the wait times are subpar to any other coffee place. You need to do much better.

First time trying Dutch bros and I was not disappointed at all!!… Drew took my order and he was so kind, patient, friendly and so helpful with trying out the chai with lavender and Jonathan made my order and it was a chai with lavender and It was amazing!! It was made with love!! Thank you both for making my day!!! Hope you get a raise you both deserve!!

LOL, everyone complaining about drive-through being long lines, what you expect its just opened! Look at the Eastvale location, same issue with first week of opening and now its die down. You want Dutch Bro, fly to Oregon for a quick trip, probably faster that way.

It was faster to go to the Rialto location, then it was for them to just take our order at the walk up window. No one acknowledged the customers waiting.

These reviews are cap. They aint open yet edit* it is now open. They have a huge line everyday. And sucks that canes also gets super packed.but they are really fast.also helps that i live 1 min away.

The drinks are better than Starbucks drinks an the prices are better too you have a new customer 4 life thank you Dutch bros
