Peet's Coffee

I love this location! The staff is always super kind and happy to help, especially Faisal! My boyfriend and I go every Friday morning and look forward to seeing the familiar faces of the warm, welcoming staff.

The cashier charged us an extra drink and told us we would get a refund soon back to the card of about $5-6. It’s been 3 days since and we still haven’t gotten our refund.. it would be great if we got credit or a refund, please help

I HATE coffee. I hate Starbucks. I met a colleague at Peet's today for a work project and had one of those new (can't remember the name} frothy honey tea drinks and it was one of the best glasses of tea I have had. The places is clean and everyone was courteous. Will definitely use this as a place to meet again.

I love Peet's. But the Batista was very rude tonight. If I'm paying $6/+ for a coffee, and I respectfully ask for it to be remade due to a burnt shot, just be nice about it. I wasn't even mad, it happens. But don't role your eyes, whisper to your coworkers about it, then head to the back for a break and leave the nice girl to fix it. Other than tonight, I've never had a bad experience or bad coffee!

The wonderful lady that was my barista was so nice and friendly! I will definitely be going back 😊 I really liked how both ladies made me feel welcome!! Plus the London Fog was so yummy!!

I’m an auditor that travels a lot, and I study before work. I came to this Peet’s during my week at a client located in Folsom. And the nice gentleman remembered my name by Friday. Plus coffee is always so perfect, no creamer needed.

First time at this peet's, was not happy when I had to wait 6 extra minutes to have my hot coffee brought from the counter to me which ended up being like warm coffee, I had appointments to go to so I could not wait longer to complain about the slow service. Don't get me wrong I love peet's coffee, just not this particular one.

Ordered 2 caramel macchiato iced. Workers were very rude to begin with. I got the coffee and asked for kids. The lady just avoids me. I asked 2nd time no response finally. The other worker noticed us. Gave us the lids. Finally.

Drive off and to find out the drinks are very off. 1 is tasteless not sweet at all. 2nd drink over sweetened impossible to even drink. Had to come back. I come in, the guy asks what's wrong and I tell him the issue he was nice and said no problem. Then the girl who made them comes up and kind rudely asks me what's wrong with them. I tell her, 1 drink is tasteless and 1 is over sweetened. She starts putting in the return or whatever in the computer and asks me again how I want the drinks made with less sweetener this time. I tell her. I want " regular iced caramel macchiatos" nothing else. She gives me attitude that I am the one at fault. And then in front of me the other girl comes up and asks what's wrong how remake them. And she tells her that "he thinks" one is too sweet and the other one is not with attitude. Like wth?? Really I'm arguing with for this?? Terrible customer service. Never returning here.

These guys are awesome! I don't live in Folsom anymore, but whenever I'm there the staff remembers my drinks and they've gone out of there way to make a few large items without any advance notice. I love it here.
