My husband and I go here a lot and always have a positive experience. The staff is very friendly and always remembers us. They are super efficient at getting through lines as well. Out of all the times we’ve been there we have never had a drink made incorrectly.

They are always the nicest people! Today I got the Dino Egg drink (one of my favorites) and they drew a cute Dinosaur on my cup!!! It was the cutest ever! I have never has a single problem with this place and other locations! Dutch Bros is sooooo much better than Starbucks!! Can't change my mind EVER!

Great drinks + friendly service here. Drive thru is often long but that’s a good sign! Haha. I much prefer the drinks here compared to Starbucks. So many to choose from. 🙌🏻

The line can get long but don't fret, they're fast. So far these employees aren't as overly friendly as other Dutch Bros I've been too but they are kind and do a great job. Dutch Bros all around continue to provide great service and delicious drinks.

Normally a good experience but today was a bad day. After sitting in a 30 min line to get a drink on my lunch break. They attempted to run my debt and credit cards about 4 times each on 3 different machines they explain my cards are being declined. It's a $5 drink obviously I can afford that. I called both cards there isn't a freeze and plenty on funds. Rather embarrassing and a waste of my entire lunch break. That's ok I went to Starbucks and card worked fine.

Never once had i seen these baristas in a bad mood in any weather conditions 🌞 ☔. Sometimes when i arrive undecided, just wanting a flavored latte, the staff always picks out a good one for me. While you wait for your beverage, the staff makes genuine small talk that is welcoming.

Never a bad experience at Dutch bros. Literally the consistency of good service continues to amaze people. The people are always friends and actually talk with you while your waiting which makes waiting no big deal to me

Great coffee, little less pricey comparatively, friendly staff, almost too friendly some mornings, but then again I'm not friendly some mornings, hah. With that said, they're never stuffy or snobby which makes the service nice. Love that they have a lot of drink options/flavor combos... however.... when your expecting a flavor explosion like dark chocolate cherry in coffee with milk, and it tastes like a bit of cherry and a lot of milk, its a little disappointing. I guess it all depends on the person making it. This is my hands down winner over Starbucks any day... unfortunately there's not one where I live so it's a treat when I head into work.
