Mind's Eye Manufactory & Coffee Lounge

Stopped here while in town for a wedding. The coffee was fantastic and the staff friendly. Definitely a cool shop! Loved seeing the handmade boads from the workshop at the back of the store! The vintage cash register was a cool touch too. Be aware they have one size option for drinks so no venti large small grande craziness.

This was such a cute place. My husband and I really liked mind's eye. We each ordered a cafe mocha with extra whipped cream and we shared a cream scone with blackberry jam. We sat by the fireplace and read the newspaper. Check out the restroom if you get a chance to. It was one of those that has the water tank with the pull chain up high. It's actually quite an interesting restroom. A lot going on and worth checking out it feels kind of haunted. Mine's eye is walking distance to everything downtown old Town. We will definitely visit the next time we are in Ferndale.

The coffee, pastries and old comforting smell of the shoppe is so satisfying. Imagining the joy of a return visit ... yummy.

Great coffee stop on our way through to Cape town. There's an art space at the back where they were making Kayaks, pianos in the lounge and very friendly people. Guaranteed to not regret stopped here for some warmth on a crisp morning

I'm not sure if it is an actual menu item but I ordered something called Princess Jasmine...........THANK YOU! I think I ordered it hot but it may also come iced? I love jasmine teas with alternative milk like almond or coconut that have a good jasmine flavor and a light level of sweetness. They are not easy to find. I thought this was FANTASTIC in flavor. Great stuff guys! Please keep it around! :)

Went to get pastries and hot chocolates for the family, but left when none of the customers were wearing face masks. You can't expect much better from boomers, but bummed that employees weren't asking folks to follow the "wear a mask" sign on the door. Too bad, my family and I loved this place. 😔 This is why we can't have nice things I guess. #okayboomer
