Nothing fancy but very good food and a nice place to eat it. There's often a bit of a wait to get your order but it's hot and tasty when you get it and you can check out some of the exhibits while you wait. Don't forget, zoo memberships get you a discount on food! Also, it's right near the entrance so it's easy to go to the zoo just for a meal.

Great place to visit. Open area for goats that you can pet and a place to eat which has pretty good food for a zoo.

Zoo wonderful place to come with the family. Surprised me so much when my wife and I ordered food there how good the food was. I was not expecting that good of food at our zoo. My wife and I got memberships, and if it is a nice weekend we and we go to the Zoo. We plan to have lunch and then go walk around. Thank you zoo for doing such a good job with the resources you have.

Loved it, my hubby and kids went and learned about all the animals. Groundskeepers were knowledgeable and friendly! Pricey but worth contributing to conservation efforts. We are seriously considering becoming a family of members! Great experience, thank you Sequoia Park Zoo staff and patrons for all you do for animal conservation for generations to come!

I got a hamburger with fries and we split an order of onion rings. The burger was so greasy that I finally took the meat out and patted it down with the paper napkin and then began to eat it by itself. I'm not sure I've ever had hamburger meat so tasteless. The onion rings too were too greasy. We actually threw out the rings and the burger on our way out. Just took the fries home.

You wouldn't expect a cafe inside a zoo to have such divine cuisine as this Cafe does, but after tasting the food made by Chef John along with all of the other cafe staff my taste buds were pleased to have chosen such an unlikely place to eat. Their burgers are great (especially the Natty Burger), Johns ramen tasted spectacular, and the service was amazing. Just another fantastic reason to come to the zoo.

Sequoia Park is a great Park. Yesterday was get out and play day there were booths set up for kids . There was a free barbecue funded by city of Eureka hamburgers hot dogs chips soda some locally-made desserts. And a free movie on a big screen that evening. Lots of parents with their children it was a nice event. The zoo was open free 2 children 12 and under. The park has a duck pond a hiking trail through old growth redwoods remnants of an old Cottage and a plaque commemorating Valley of the Kings. The park was dedicated and donated 2 future Generations by the author of Valley of the Kings I believe. If you in Landers want to get out of the Heat and enjoy our cool weather it's a great place to spend the day. The zoo also features a cafe and will soon serve alcohol beverages such as beer and wine. There's a Murphy's Market within walking distance with a great deli and locally made products and great produce. There are several picnic areas and a couple that will accommodate large groups. Check it out yourself you won't be sorry
