Visiting from LA and I hail from Minnesota, I know bagels. I've had bagels everywhere. EVERYWHERE. We stopped into Los Bagels in Eureka on a whim for breakfast. Yo~THE BEST. My guy has Crohn's and I have serious digestive and preservative complications. We both walked away satisfied, full with no issues whatsoever. All the ingredients tasted (and were) fresh, the bagel was toasty, flavorful with just the right about of chew. Go there. Go there today. Well it may be too late but go there tomorrow!!!

Great coffee, great food! Staff is friendly. Clean tables. They handle The rushes well and get you in and out as fast as possible!

Vegan options are so easy and this place had them! Coconut milk latte with vanilla, an onion bagel with the smoked tofu spread and a morning glory muffin were all absolutely amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful when it came to making sure things were or were not vegan! The bagels were a bit small and it was a little pricey but for homemade local quality I would gladly stop by there again on our way through town!

So good and such an amazing place. Great bagels, great company merch. Overall good vibe in the store itself also!

SO THIS LOW REVIEW HAS TO DO WITH THE PRICING AT THE EUREKA SHOP, NOT THE SERVICE OR QUALITY THAT I RECEIVED. FOR THE FIRST TIME AND THE LAST TIME, I BOUGHT MULTIPLE GUAYAKI YERBA MATE SPARKLING ENERGY DRINKS. I REALIZE LOS BAGELS PRICE WOULD PROBABLY BE A LITTLE MORE THAN THE TOP PRICE OF ANY GROCERY OUTLETS STORE, AND I HAVE PURCHASED THESE SAME DRINKS AT OTHER BAGEL SHOPS. THE REGULAR PRICE AT GROCERY STORES ARE USUALLY $2.79- $2.99, THE OTHER BAGEL SHOP CHARGED ME $3.50. NOW AT THE EUREKA LOS BAGEL SHOP THE PRICE THAT WAS RUNG UP WAS $4.50 PER CAN!!! WHAT A RIP OFF! THANKS FOR COMPLETELY OVERCHARGING YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!

Good bagels. Great assortment and some super creative recipes. My favorite is the Grampa Gorrin (or something like that) on a double toasted jalapeno cheddar bagel.

I ate at the Los Bagels in Arcata last year and it was great, but today's experience at the one in Eureka was not very good. The bagels were under baked, and the sandwiches we ordered all had too much cream cheese, too much guacamole, just poorly balanced ingredient mix all around. Also, too expensive. Over $75 for four bagel sandwiches, a dozen bagels, two drinks, and some cream cheese...

So so bagels. Why do so many places serve breakfast sandwiches on a bagel with no cheese? Of course I could ask but what if I grabbed it to go and find out after leaving? It's so dry and bland you gotta use cream cheese or something. Does the owner try these items before putting them on the menu? I can't imagine you choked down a dry sandwich and was like, "Yup, that's a winner." Pretty pricey too. 2 bagels and an energy drink were $25. My favorite part was the cashier shouting everything at us even though we could hear her just fine. It was weird because it was pretty quiet in there.

We hadn't been to Los in years, because we've moved out of the area. We were recently in Humboldt visiting family and I had to make sure to bring my family to Los while we were in town. My little one had a berry scone, my husband a wild caught lox and cream cheese bagel. My oldest boy and I each had different scram-bagels...all were absolutely fresh and amazing!

We waited forever because they set our order on the counter and they didn't call our name so we had to figure that by ourselves when we saw customers that came after us picking up their food, and the bagels were cold and not enjoyable...Probably this place was good someday so keep screwing the tourists, you are not going anywhere...I don't recommend
