Tierra Mia Coffee Drive Thru

Drive thru only during pandemic times. There's a nice little bench to sit on outside.

The completely messed up my order! The iced drink was half full, they gave me hot tea instead of iced and it was unsweetened. I asked for a “cold brew” and ten minutes after I was given my order, they gave me hot pour over. I was so excited to try this place that I left a huge tip before i received my order. Overall I didn’t get my money’s worth.

Coffee is generally good.Only
Complaint would be the coffee or cups either taste or smell like cleaning products. I have tried coffee at other locations and generally only this one has that problem.

Tierra Mía customer service needs upper management to help assist them on how to be professional regardless of the circumstances, lobby line was empty and waiting over 35min to get my order ready. Customer were served before me that ordered after me and when I approached them for information on how the place the orders I wat told that they had no idea, I requested to speak with a supervisor but was also told that no one was available and the register was the person in charge.

I will never return to this coffee shop as I was told by them that customer don’t count for Tierra Mia, Sears Roebucks and Company fell and they will also…..

A little dirty and you need a car to buy coffee here. No walk ups allowed, you can't order in, they don't allow any purchasing of any products under any conditions unless you have a car. I get it but if my car if literally being worked on down the street maybe I might want to try a local coffee shop to support the community. It's cool they are Covid safe but even in a half hour when I get my car I still don't want anything from them.

They really can't make any changes to the menu items at this location. they said they have nothing sugar-free, but yet any other locations, they have the option of sugar-free vainilla. But yet this location said no, they have no options for sugar-free.

The mexicano coffe is very good

Great coffee and great service. There is usually a long line, but the service is quick and friendly. They have a small dining area inside (capacity of about 10) and a slightly larger outdoor covered dining area (capacity of maybe 20). It's a nice place to relax near palm trees and watch cars drive by.

I will be giving 2 star. I ordered a Mocha Mexicano and it taste horrible!!! Maybe the person who made the drink was new?? But it should not taste that bad!

Nice good service but crazy prices , even more expensive than Starbucks y eso q son dueños paisas segun se...I just can't belive yu have to pay $ 3.50 dollars for a coffe cup and $ 3.50 for muffin ,simply crazy expensive.....
