I Love this place, however, yesterday was given a turkey pasrty instead of a veggie pastry and unfortunately my vegan boyfriend ate it (some anyway) before realuzing the mistake. He is quite upset as he's been vegan for 45 years, we probably won't be back soon :(

Good coffee and tasty bakery selection. Service is well intentioned, but a little klunky. Wait is longer then average, we waited between 15-20 minutes both times we went.
That said, there aren't many alternatives as I believe, they are the only coffee/bakery in or within a few miles of Duncan Mills.

Great patio in the back. Good coffee and pastries. Try the hot Cubano drink, my favorite!

Best Bakery in Sonoma County. And great coffee to go along side. Duncan Mills is a little oasis, and a stones throw from Jenner. What are you waiting for? Get there NOW!

Wow wow wow! This place is truly magical. Probably the best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had. We also tried the blueberry scone (still hot from the oven!) and ham & swiss croissant. It was all incredible! Highly indulgent but so worth it. Plus the back patio is so pleasant and beautiful. This place is a must-go. Stop reading reviews and get over there!

Wonderful little coffee shop and bakery. Perfect place for a delicious homemade treat when you traveling along the Russian River.

We love this place. The coffee is amazing! The pastries are awesome, the staff is friendly. Everything I've ever had here is simply awesome. This is our favorite coffee house on the Russian River and we love to visit here every summer. We can't wait to go back.
We’re back again in 2020, the days of Covid. They’re taking orders outside. The pastries and drinks are still amazing. We’re really glad they’re making a go of it and look forward to returning next summer!

Great back patio, reasonably good drip coffee and pretty darn excellent bakery. Love the turkey pesto croissant for a small lunch. No wifi and no fresh baked bread, but I know that going in, so they still get 5 stars just for doing what they do well. If you're driving out to the coast, this is a nice stop, and you can pick up sandwiches across the street at the General Store.

A huge disappointment in every regard. The service was so incredibly rude- they refused to give recommendations for pastries, scoffed when I asked for the wifi password (and noted their network is named "stop asking for the wifi"), and then loudly complained to their coworker about me for asking as I was at the counter finishing my transaction. The person working the register had also stared impatiently at an older guy a couple of spaces back for loudly talking on his phone, but he wasn't anywhere near the front of the line and was clearly wearing hearing aids. She literally stopped serving the person who was at the counter ready to order, just to shame this guy. Their coffee was fine but any modifications (iced/nondairy) costs multiple dollars, and their baked goods tasted like day olds.
I realize that most customers are being jerks during covid, and that everyone is short staffed- but I am also industry, tipped despite the bad service, and was polite and concise when ordering. It's very reasonable for a customer to expect that a coffee shop has wifi, and even if you don't, there's no need to gaslight someone for asking. The whole interaction was pretty shocking and really soured our trip. Would not recommend.

What a find! I must have passed this place dozens of times on the way to the coast and never knew it existed. Excellent pastry, great golden milk latte, and perfect outdoor space to enjoy the delights. This will be a new go-to for fueling up on weekend excursions.
