Dutch Bros Coffee

We waited 20min for one drink and the guy says it's because they make drive through drinks first well.... that line was long

Plenty of loud hip hop music pumping out of the speaker and good coffee, but super slow output. Made me wonder if there was any kind of manager on site. The person who initially took my order struggled as she fiddled with the tablet for an uncomfortable amount of time as she stood next to my car, ultimately getting my "2 large coffees" order wrong. Fortunately, the young lady who was working the window cleaned up the mess, but I felt bad for her, as she was
understandably embarrassed and frustrated. So in the end, I gave two stars for the tasty coffee and an additional star for the nice young lady who corrected my order, but management, due to the unprofessional atmosphere and under training, you get zero stars.

Today was the grand opening and it was amazing! The traffic ran very smooth. Every single broista had a huge smile and were very energetic! I went multiple times and I was satisfied every time! It rained a little today and the broistas were still working hard! The drinks were amazing and the service was phenomenal! If I could give more stars, I would!

It was my first time at Dutch Bros and I don’t know anything. Alexander was very professional and nice to me. He gave me the best customer service I have ever seen and he made my day. He went above and beyond for me and helped me figure out a great drink for me. Thank you Alexander for the amazing work you do and I will be coming back in the future. It was worth wait!

Amazing people and place! My husband and I went for the first time so we were nervous of what to get and the woman who took our order was very pleasant, eager to help, and made the experience effortless. Now the actual drinks were outstanding! Definitely going back again and again!!

Great place for a pick-me-up if you need a caffeine fix or just want something in that vein. Try to go when it's not peak hours to avoid a long wait. It helps if you have their app downloaded because they have a surprisingly large menu and it helps things go smoothly if you know what you want ahead of time.

Lastly the people are great, the bro-istas are super friendly and try to make the wait seem shorter if at all possible

Very slow took over 40 minutes, I walked up to place an order of 5 different drinks and they screwed them up

this is my favorite Dutch bros. I'm there every morning. The atmosphere at this Dutch bros is like no other. 😊
