First time there today. The environment was friendly, upbeat, and positive. A little wait time, not too bad considering they were busy. They are very clean, I noticed they washed their hands often after every customer, you don't see that happen a lot in other places. I had the house milk tea with boba and it was delicious. Would definitely go back there again.

The best boba place you could go to 10/10 recommend. You will be satisfied with ANY drink you get. The employees are amazing and all work together to make sure you get the best service. They are all super welcoming and sweet. The place itself has always been clean and smells amazing. You need to go!

So I've been here a handful of times and usually my orders come out pretty good. I can't recall ever really having my order wrong or bad except today the boba was a bit hard. The vibe of the place is usually pleasant. The only part that I feel needs work is the customer service. The last couple times I've come thru I received no greetings it was kind of awkward. And when I was inquiring about the menu she was giving me nonchalant answer. I don't think she was doing it on purpose but it was still awkward. The second time I came around it was the same kind of service different worker. No greeting awkward ending now to be fair I didn't feel either worker was purposely being rude it's just seemed more of an inexperience thing. Like I said the environment vibe was pleasant the drinks are usually good it's just the service is a bit off.

Hey!!, this drink place is amazing, the flavors that gives in our mouth it’s indescriptible words. I love drink in this site, one of the best drinks ever is the strawberry Matcha milk tea, I recommended

Menu is excellent but OMG it took forever to get our 2 drinks. I went to the DMV right after and the wait time was about the same as the Boba shop! People who put their order in way after us, got their drink first, and I saw one employee giving priority to cleaning duties even tho a lot of people were waiting.

This is one of my favorite places in Delano, but lately customer service has been bad. I have not been able to make a phone order in a long time. I have tried in two different Sundays. One time when they didn't answer I went in person and noticed the staff ignoring the phone. I like to do phone orders, since I like to customize mu orders and mu order is not available for online ordering. Im temporarily living outside Delano. Today I came home for the weekend looking forward to getting an acai bowl with pitaya, but unfortunately I gave up after calling twice. I hope in the future online ordering is improved. I wouldn't mind being put on hold for phone orders.

Next time im in town, im going to go somewhere elseHopefully customer service improves in the future.

Worst boba shop.
Ordered mocha and coconut and they give me two mocha.

I asked for extra boba. They give no boba at all.

One time i went and theres no boba. Whats the point of opening a boba shop without a boba???

Is like opening a burger restaurant without a burger.

I went with my cousin and my friend and my order took forever, around 5 people ordered after me and got their drinks first. But over all the boba is good
