Dutch Bros Coffee

Awful service always seems to get my order wrong went here on my birthday the lady held onto my id for 20 mins the service here sucks seems like everyone doesn’t want to work here

Need to logistically figure out a better way for the two directions of lines to merge into one line, both sides block the street traffic and people coming in the other side were getting drinks before our side. Waited over 30 mins for 2 drinks, when we got to the window, drinks still weren't ready and needed to be made. Least efficient dutch bros I've been to out of the many locations I frequent.

After almost never trying Dutch Bros again because of multiple bad experiences in Folsom, we're glad we decided to try another location. I don't know if it's the difference between starving students and privileged teenagers, but the beverages tasted better and the friendliness felt genuine. The actual building is on a very busy corner, though. It can be difficult getting in and out. There is pedestrian, bicycle, and auto traffic. People in autos turning left from Olive Drive toward the freeway often do not yield the right of way to autos turning right. I thought it would be a good location for a walk up, but that might be more dangerous. IMO When only one lane is open, it should be Olive Drive with the Richards side redirected to that side.

My first time here and got the Annihilator which is the chocolate macadamia nut cold brew. It was delicious! Their small size was pretty big, to me it was more of a medium. Can't wait to try their other stuff.

Best coffee period, they're going to own the world! Ladies are super, guys are cool, it's the real mafia!

Amazing as usual! Super friendly staff and can’t go wrong with any of the drinks although my go to is the snickerdoodle Chai with the works, picture perfect with oat milk…..delish!!!!

I love the blended rebel drinks to keep me up at night. I come here so much! Wish they were still doing the stamp cards. The atmosphere is always so friendly and the employees are always so nice and enthusiastic!

I absolutely hate the way the line is set up now… Merging two lanes into one is a nightmare and half the time, people behind me in line go and get on the other side and end up getting drinks before me… I spent over 20 minutes in line when there were only 4 cars in my line be there other side was helped first, despite some of them getting there after our car… This is infuriating to watch, please control this- otherwise I won’t be visiting this location anymore… Coffee and staff are still amazing but it’s hard to put a smile on your face when it takes nearly 20 minutes to even order a coffee… Things were way more efficient when you had two lanes- one each way…

We didn't read last reviews and were happy to see a short line.
Don't be fool as us - two short lines go in one window. We lost lots of time - 23 minutes :( Very disappointed! :(

But the drinks taste great as usual!

Chai frozen drink was good.
