Great speciality coffee & sandwiches! Atmosphere is perfect small town & cozy inside, with a large patio outside to watch people pass by. Sunny, the owner, is absolutely lovely. Would recommend Paradise Mountain to anyone seeking a perfect get away for an eating & coffee experience!

The coffee here is amazing! ☕️ There are many options to choose from and many non-dairy options. There’s plenty of parking and outdoor seating. However, they do not have any vegan treats 🤷‍♀️

Delicious. Get their specialty drinks. The Mexican Mocha and Mocha Mint are my favs.

As another user said, this place is charming but my coffee was inedible. The person working clearly scolded the milk in my latte and the coffee was over roasted and bitter. My spouse had a frozen drink that was lackluster but at least drinkable.

Very friendly and welcoming. Beat sugar-free and customizable options of any coffee house I've been to on the mountain, for those of you looking for sugar free or lower carb options. Never bad.. and if you have any ossies just politely talk with then and they will be more than happy to fix whatever they can or adjust. Knocks Starbucks out of the water, in my opinion.

Terrible coffee. Terrible service. If you’re in Crestline GO TO HIGHER GROUNDS. This place messed up 3 out of 6 drinks (other 3 were kids hot chocolates). We literally threw away 3 entire large drinks which unfortunately was about $17 worth of coffee... if you can even call it that. They literally tasted like a liquid ashtray.

the cashier lady wasn't friendly and she was impatient. It takes me awhile to decide what to order but I could tell she didn't want to wait even though there was nobody else in the cafe. Also then I realized I had forgotten my money in my car. She made it obvious she was annoyed again. When I came back she had a very Stern look on her face.It seemed to say that she did NOT appreciate having to wait for me to get back. So as far as friendly cafe's in Crestline, I'm going to stick to my belief that Higher Ground is where to go. On the plus side they let me bring my dog in here

Nice lady running the shop, however I ordered an Americano and went to the restroom—I came back and it was “ready”. First off, the cup was so hot I could not even hold it with a cardboard protector on it. Secondly, it was not an Americano—it wasn’t even expresso, but just black watered down coffee....

Awesome! Friendly folks, great coffee and mountain hospitality. Say hello to Mrs. Lee when you're there, she's the best! Stop in for a smile on a sunny SoCal day!
