Nice friendly staff and good coffee for the morning thank you Dutch Brothers keep the good work up

Drove through on our way to the harbor today and we experienced absolutely phenomenal customer service. The young man who took our order was super upbeat and genuinely kind and we found the same to be true of the incredibly sweet and personable girl at the window. The service was truly top-notch and the coffee was superb. Possibly the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had. To be honest, even if the coffee tasted like mud, I’d return again and again just for the phenomenal customer service/experience. The mothers of the young adults who work there ought to be proud of the people they’ve raised.

Happy to have a Dutch Bros in a small town. The workers are so friendly and polite. So glad we have access to great coffee and service. Also, the puppy -chinos are big hit with my passenger, Mr. Nolan - an adorable doodle.

In and Out baby. Always quick, for the step up window. For a tourist town, line gets pretty long, rather quickly. As a local, there’s a few spots to park off the road and walk up to the window and grab drinks a bit more quicker. Always a good vibe.

Usually have a great awesome fast experience at this Dutch bros, but the other day when i stopped by there around 2ish and the thin guy with the short Pony tail @jesse mentioned him earlier on here, shouldn't be management. You don't stand next to the 1st car in line talking for about 10 minutes while a line forms behind and not even taking an order. And looking back multiple times to look at the line and not even have the car pull forward up to the window, nope were gonna stand next to a car talking at the first window an make everyone wait. horrible customer service if you ask me.. cause I thought that was bull$#%t

My daughter and her friends just had to have Dutch Bros. I found the app., saved some money and for the length of the line the wait wasn't to bad.

Love this place. I've been here so often the baristas have my drink ready! And the 2 dog treats! Now, I ask ya....does it get any better than that?

Messed up - order big time. Requested Almond milk, got ill because it was regular milk. For an $8 medium coffee, it should have been correct

I love it! The workers are always friendly and seem to be having a great time working here. They were very quick with my order and the quality was excellent.

Friendliest restaurant in Crescent City. These kids are consistently friendly, helpful, patient, energetic and just plain lovely to be around. Have come here every morning, sometimes twice a day, for the last month and have had a great experience every single time. I'm just in shock!!! RIDICULOUS! can't find customer service like this anymore. ❤️❤️❤️
