Step back in time at the Branding Iron restaurant in Cottonwood, CA. Easy on and off hiway 5. They serve good old fashioned American comfort food with enough selection to satisfy most taste. The locals enjoy dining here regularly. The restaurant is located on the grounds of an actual livestock auction yard so don't be surprised if lots of cattle are in the pens outside.

Fabulous, friendly & no frills. Perfect down home country diner. Kenny's has become our go to breakfast location. Plates are loaded.
No skimpy portions here.
Service is fast and friendly.
Price is very fair, especially for the portions.
Note: Breakfast is very popular on the weekend.
Plan to wait for a table.
Trust me. It's worth the wait.

Awesome burgers for an awesome price. It has been years since my last visit with grandpa. I love the brands up all over. I had to try to remember his. Highly recommend their bacon cheeseburger.

We went for dinner last night. My wife had A ribeye and I had A 12 oz prime rib. She ordered medium rare. I ordered medium rare also. Hers came out very rare. Mine came out so done it was almost like leather. Bottom line is it was A 63 dollar flop. We won’t be back.

Food was good, service was good.
