Peet's Coffee

My favorite coffee. I like dark roast and I find their coffee is roasted no longer than two weeks before I get it. They also are able to make a stronger brew than I can at home. I find it's best to get a cup before noon if I don't want it to affect my sleep.

Ordered three french pressed coffees throughout the day. First two were fine. The third was drip. Don't know why they'd try to pass it off as a pressed coffee, definitely charged me extra. I guess they got tired of making them correctly.

I tend to have to wait a long time at this location even though I use the mobile order. I understand they are especially busy in the morning but I wish the app reflected that when saying what time my drink will be ready.

Great coffee and food, just wished they served coconut milk!!!

First time visitor. I started it all wrong by standing in the wrong area to place my order and that wasn't received well. I felt awkward the rest of the transaction.
The coffee was alright. I ordered a froofroo peppermint mocha and usually drink black. So my tastebuds found the drink lacking in coffee flavor.. Ya.. I realize it is what it is. Mostly flavored milk.
So I can only vouch for the peppermint mocha being good for those who love to disguise the flavor of coffee. I should have added an extra shot or two!

Again, another Peets that was slow. 5 people working 3 on the cash registers, but only one person making the espresso drinks? And he's washing dishes. Maybe take one person off the registers and make the drinks? As always the coffee was Peets (my favorite), they said hello and thank you, but I'd prefer a little speed than pleasantries.

The service here has been consistently horrible. Today I was told it would be a 20 minute Wait for a coffee due to many online orders. I will take my business elsewhere. Screw this place

More than enough people to take over the register, and the hot chocolate was terrible. The breakfast sandwiches were okay though.

Order took longer than expected,then found out that they gave it to someone else. Peets in downtown Petaluma does a better job than Cotati.

WAY BETTER THAN STARBUCKS !!!! They can actually make a mocha. Too bad Starbucks didn't learn more from Peet before setting up their chain. Remember - Starbucks came to Peets to learn how to make a coffee shop. SO. Why go to the student when you can go to the master? Grasshopper?
