A great coffee shop to sit down, relax, and enjoy your coffee . I have visited all of their locations and they are all consistent in a great service and a great coffee.
Very clean shop . Not that spacious like their other locations , but it’s cute.
The staff is nice, friendly and welcoming!
My favorite is hazelnut latte with oat milk and it’s so delicious , not too sweet and not too bitter, just perfect.
We never had any issues at this place, highly recommended.

Chocolate crosant with out chocolate. I ask coffee fresh, she told me kind of. I ask her can you make a new one, she told me no because takes long time. I love starbucks, they are totally different. Always if the coffee not fresh they do it in 7 minutes new one. I don't think coffee bean last long this kind of customer service.

I started ordering from this place recently via doordash. My last four orders, they didn't even have the decency to include utensils or napkins. I finally called to complain. I ended up speaking with someone who represented himself as the store manager, who was quite rude and dismissive, and even hung up on me when he did not want to hear the complaint. He refused to address it as well. I tried calling the corporate office but they do not have any staff available to deal with these kinds of complaints via phone. Really? Their food is not so good that I would continue to patronize the restaurant. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Great experience! Friendly staff! Quick service! Tasty coffee! Beats just about every coffee house! I'll pass several coffee shops and travel a distance to find a coffee bean! The girls working were very helpful and personable! Everyone complaining about the restrooms should be ashamed! Coffee Bean has no control over covid OR the stipulations and mandates introduced and enforced by the government! Their quality of product and service is much higher than most and cannot be downplayed by an incomparable, uncontrollable set of circumstances!

The girls working there seemed to hate life, they were not the least bit friendly. No restroom, even though we were paying customers. latte was saving grace, it was good.
