Best matcha I've ever had!

What happened to basic customer service? How hard is it to even look at a customer and say hello. I get there is only one employee working and he was currently making 3 drinks for 3 other customers before me. I have been waiting for nearly 10 minutes with not even an acknowledgement. All I wanted was a simple drip coffee. Take 3 seconds to do.

I'm super into plain espresso, and their espresso is amazing. The chagacinos are also the best I've had in CA.

Ordered black tea which was tasty, but pricey ($4). Huge windows are fantastic, really enjoyed all the natural light and the hip environment. Friendly staff! . Parking at The Lab can be tricky though.

First time trying this place. Got a lavender chai substituted with soy milk, don’t know how I felt about the lavender chai...it had an after spice taste not sure if it was just me. Next time I go here I’m going to try one of their matcha’s.

This cafe is located in such a hipster mall! I love the vibe and everything here. This cafe specializes in coffee and it tastes amazing. Many models come here for photos and videos. Thank you so much for being so awesome and friendly!
