Crave Coffee & Tea

I've been trying to find a new, local coffee shop and was super disappointed to come here because of such high ratings and have the opposite experience. I got a large white mocha and it tasted like I was drinking someone else's leftovers. Like raspberry or something. Really gross and I paid over 10 dollars for 2 of them. Bummer deal, not even worth returning for a refund.

First time. Wanted to try iced chai tea. Barista recommended oatmeal milk vs the almond milk I usually have...it was wonderful! They also drizzled extra chocolate in cup for my son's chocolate milk which he loved. Thanks for a great first impression! Will be back soon :)

RUDE EMPLOYEES, INCORRECT ORDERS, AND LACK OF PRODUCT!
Craving some wonderful cold coffee, my fiance and I stumbled upon Crave. Never being there before we decided to check it out. MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT! Upon walking in, we looked over the menu trying to piece together our order. The cashier was clearly impatient and barked at us to tell her when we were ready. She did not ask if we needed help or give us any suggestions. A couple moments later we told her we were ready and proceeded to order. My fiance ordered an iced americano extra ice less water with cream and caramel, I ordered an iced matcha latte with coconut milk. We then attempted to get the bagels we wanted. 2 blueberry bagels toasted with cream cheese. She told us they had no blueberry. We asked for cinnamon raisin. Nope! He settled for a plain and I a cheesy jalapeno. Our order was approximately 20$ so it's not like we took all her time, then ordered a grab n go item. As we waited for our order, a few people shuffled in. My fiance's drink was ready first. Then mine. As I went to get it, excited to taste it, I said thank you! to the barista. SHE COMPLETELY IGNORED ME! We still had to wait for our bagels though. As we waited, the woman that ordered behind us grabbed her chai and said thank you! to the barista and the barista lit up and exclaimed loudly of course! have a wonderful day! I looked at my fiance and said you know, she completely ignored me when I thanked her! That upset him a bit. He said he noticed as soon as we walked in the attitudes of the employees working. We grabbed our bagels and left. AFTER ALL THAT.....HIS AMERICANO HAD NO CARAMEL AND MY MATCHA LATTE TASTED LIKE OLD OR LOW QUALITY MATCHA POWDER! We were unimpressed and highly dissatisfied! We will not return!

Really fantastic coffee, and staff. Their baristas know their regulars and are always very friendly. I've never had any issues when I place multiple orders either. And their breakfast sandwiches are delicious.

I love the coffee here and everyone is extremely friendly. I knocked one star off because they charge $0.75 for cream cheese, but barely put any on the bagles.

I love this place. My favorite drink they make is their chi tea latte. And theirs always the espresso whenever I need a caffeine rush ;)

Here’s my only pet peeve; “It’s A Grind” was a wayyyyy better name. Too bad they changed it. But their drinks are still the same, so no harm done ;)

You should really cusco out this place! Not only are the staff so nice but they have fun and interesting drinks like Vanilla Rose Latte. Yum!

Coffee was good, love the ambiance and small coffee shop feel. Was really hungry but options were limited to muffins, pastries and the like so needed to find protein elsewhere. If you are just looking for a cup of joe or a hot tea it's worth a stop.

Went in around 630am to grab morning coffee with son and hubby. Love how laidback it is, friendly and relaxed staff. Knocked them down one star because I ordered my drink blended but got a bunch of crunchy ice chunks.

The BEST iced white chocolate mocha I've ever tasted. Starbucks has nothing on you guys. If only you had more locations. It's 5 stars from me!
