Grounded Coffee House

Wow! Just let me tell you that I have never had a nicer kinder barista make me a more delicious latte! Dylan especially makes sure that the coffee is always hot! Never going to a Starbucks or Peet's again! Love this place!

Very friendly shop. Stopped by for some cookies, they were delicious! Big in size and best flavor I've had in a cookie. They are also very conveniently located on the corner. Will be coming back again!

Ordered a iced caramel macchiato and got a iced mocha something. Didn't notice until I got back to the car so I didn't bother to get it changed. Still tasted good though so I'm sure the macchiato would have been good too.

Grounded is delicious with a warm and welcoming environment. The coffee beans are an AMAZING Italian roast. I had the avocado toast and worth every penny. When I heard Cookie Lab sells at Grounded, it easily became my new go-to spot! Very clean space and friendly staff!

I m a dr since 1983 I know one pt after accident she became psychotic, last morning I m seen her in this coffe shop she paid and get her coffee ( nicely dressed up )
, young lady in the picture was working there and abusing and having fun with the disabilities

I informed her but
she is keep going … on and on

Gentilmen also was same in attitude…

Later on I stop by and asked the owner of the coffee shop
another lady was there , it’s possibly the family run business she has also attitude

I told them it’s against the ADA ( american disabilities act) and it’s federal code which is the consequences are felony charges

she said go for it …!!!!

I recently decided to try Grounded. This is not my typical coffee style, as I usually stick with my Starbucks where I get my typical triple shot of espresso with a pump of vanilla and white mocha over ice in a venti cup. I know the baristas there, I know what I'm getting, and I'm a guy of routine. But recently I was traveling in the direction opposite of my starbucks, so I looked up coffee shops on the way to where I was going and Grounded came up. Independent coffee shops aren't my thing, but I decided to go in and try. I went in and I quickly spoke to the barista, whose name I later learned was Catherine, and asked them what I should get, considering I felt like such a foreigner at the establishment. She said what do I usually go for, to which I laughed and listed my whole typical starbucks order. She suggested I go for something a little more simple, just getting a vanilla latte. I've obviously had one of these before, so I decided to go for something safe, and she also convinced me to get a chocolate chip cookie. Let me say, this coffee was some of the best I've ever had. I almost wanted to go up and just try a simple shot of espresso (I decided against it) just to taste the flavor on its own without the syrup and milk. I can't believe I haven't been here yet! The cookie was delicious too, albeit a little pricy for just a simple cookie, but that's not something to deter you from taking a trip on down to the coffee house. And if you go, see if the Barista is Catherine, she's lovely to speak with!

This place makes my favorite white chocolate mocha. The dirty chai is really good as well. Staff is friendly. Kira took my order and chatted with me while she made my drink. Looking forward to my next visit.

The espresso was extremely bitter and acrid, and I was unable to drink my latte. You can see a film of oil on the beans they have on display - this only happens when they're burnt. When I asked the batista if they had any other beans, they apologized that it was "too strong for me", and suggested next time I get more milk in the latte, but didn't offer to remake my drink (I never ask for remakes/refunds but the gesture would've been nice). The croissant and muffin that my wife and I had were quite good, though. None of the employees, including those handling the food/drink, were wearing masks.
