My new favorite place to go for my coffee and I love there rewards program and I my kids love there smoothies and there coffee beans are delicious 😋 I got my whole family hooked there all very friendly there as well

Honest review here. I have been three times now. Each time I have ordered an Iced coffee. 2 of the 3 times the drinks were pretty watery and not so great. One of the times, the drink was perfect and tasted amazing. The problem: Ice. I have noticed that the 2 of 3 times that were not so good was because they were skimping on the ice. The problem with that is when you pull warm espresso shots and pour that over a drink with little ice, the drink cannot stay cold and the little ice that there is instantly melts and waters down the drink. I am hoping this improves as their employees learn more and the place has more skin in the game. Overall flavors are good and the drinks have good potential.

Drinks are quite tasty and staff is super nice. Been a couple times and beats the options at nearby coffee drive thrus and more food items it great

4 starts for the coffee as for the friendliness of the staff, I’d give a 3/5. They do have a lot of flavors to try, definitely worth trying

Get the mexi mocha, or don't get it it's so addictive. It's better quality than Starbucks. No lines

A very welcome addition to Clovis, located at Fowler and Shaw east of the Sierra Vista Mall near grocery stores and plenty of retail outlets and restaurants. Features specialized ice tea and coffee, smoothies, lattes and more. Lots of sugar-free options, too. Very friendly and informative staff. Highly recommend!

Great coffee but poor customer service. I was out with husband to try out this place and when I made my order the cashier gave an awful attitude towards me. I wanted a specific drink they had but the cashier told me they were out of the ingredients which I completely understand, and had decided to go with another drink. The cashier then says "It's a free drink? Do you want it or not?" in the most annoyed, attitude tone. Personally I don't think that's how you should reply to customers like that when they give you no reason to. Never coming back again.

The employees talk among themselves like the customer is not important. Nothing like Dutch Bros where the employees make you feel welcome. My wife's last few drinks we very questionable in taste. Big list of items on the menu that they don't have.
