Great place, they know how to cook an egg "over medium," with a runny yolk AND a firm white. Most places cook the eggs too fast/too high heat and you get a white that is crunchy on the edges and yet still too runny near the yolk. And they have my favorite kind of biscuits & gravy: "Lots."

Not what I expected coming in, but it was a cozy old style cafe. Biscuits and gravy were delicious and coffee was good. Just don't go in expecting something like Starbucks or the like (with coffee shop in its name).
Regardless, recommended for a good breakfast.

I came here under the assumption that this was a cafe but boy was I BAMBOOZLED, it’s actually a breakfast diner. Condiments that weren’t ketchup or hot sauce were nonexistent or anything else that you’d find at an iHop or any other place. Waitresses were patient and attentive yet just as clueless and confused as I was, but the food was pretty redeemable and flavorful along with the coffee and the borderline mediocre toast (except for the country style potatoes, they were more potato chips than potatoes) and the atmosphere was pretty homey.

Great breakfast joint. Best part: fresh patty sausages. Worst part: homegirl that always checks us out at the table asks about the tip so she can add it on to the bill. Cmon, get a lil more classy then that.

Have been in many times for breakfast but this was the first time for lunch. The cheese burger was made to order, flavorful and came pretty quick. The service was friendly and personable.

This is a nice little spot in old Town for some good old fashioned breakfast. My wife and I like this as one of our regular spots because they have great staff. Very friendly and a good spot we can take the kids.

Absolutely disgusting! Frozen hash browns, frozen sausage patties, wonderbread french toast.
