Great little surprise in a small town. On a road trip while passing through my family stopped in for a break and we're not disappointed. Great little assortment of pastries and coffees to choose from. Charming area next to Clearlake which is a spectacle in itself!

Great espresso! Absolutely recommend the spinach puff pastry, I make it a part of my morning routine to stop in for espresso and a pastry! Excellent customer service and a positive atmosphere!

Big city delights with a small town charm! The eclairs we’re smooth and creamy, a dream really. The croissants, flakey and buttery, pillowy clouds of carb-y deliciousness! The owner-baker-tour guide was super friendly, very knowledgeable and gently quirky, an entertaining blend! 5 stars, 10 out of 10, 2 thumbs up! Make good choices, stop at Marcel’s!

Great small specialty restaurant. Morning coffee, excellent baked pastry and French style breads with selection of olive dipping oils. They make excellent specialty sandwiches, best in town.

Holy HUGE find Batman! I ran in hoping for something a little decent on the run and found a treasure I will revisit every time we pass through this area . I wanted a sandwhich, bought two, two loaves of perfectly crusty bread, one of every (Marcel made) artisan made dessert, and three bottles of oh my oralgasm aged balsamic. I am a foodie and a business owner so appreciate quality cuisine and service. Marcel helped me personally and on a professional and delectable level he checked every box. We'll have him cater our wedding dessert buffet and offer his bread and balsamic at the wedding as well. Thank you Marcel!

Best chipotle turkey sandwich I’ve ever had. Owner is a young entrepreneur thats laser focused on giving back to the community. Cool guy with a cool car that makes great bread/sammie/coffee.

Given the the "delicate" feel of this place I was expecting the pulled pork sandwich I ordered for $7 to be small and dainty. It ended up being over a foot long on a fresh baguette and was delicious. They did not skimp on the meat either, it was over stuffed and falling out of the sandwich. Needless to say i was pleasantly surprised.

I love this place!! The staff is very helpful and I just love being able to have fresh baked croissant s (with ham and cheese) in the morning! Best french bread ever! They actually import the flour from France and some of the recipes are from family elders from France :) oh oh oh! Annnd I had an absolutely delicious vanilla latte made for me up in the Lakeport location the other day, haven't had a chance to have one in the Oaks yet, but I'm sure it's in my near future!! Thanks HDL farms for being so awesome! 👍

We were lucky to find this great spot for coffee and breakfast sandwiches before we hit the road to Yosemite. Everything was fresh and delicious and the owner was very welcoming.

Friendly service, but diluted coffee and day old or older pastries. Was hoping for more, but COVID probably has brought the downturn.
