I wasn't happy with how I was treated when I wasn't quick to put on my mask. I had a pickup order and when I walked up to let them know one of the employees told me I cannot get no pickup orders without a mask seeing that my order was ready once I got the mask on she proceeded to tell me the order wasn't ready and left the drinks sitting there and walked to the back after waiting for about 15 minutes another employee saw me standing there ask the name of the order and handed me the drinks that were sitting there ready there wouldn't be any issue if the person would have politely asked if I can please wear my mask but I was given attitude the employees need to understand not everyone lives in Cali in Arizona where I've been for the last year has no mask enforced rules and it's hard to adapt when coming to California respect and kindness can go a long ways on defusing any situation

The staff was incredibly friendly and nice!!! I believe she is general manager, Rosie Carrillo, was just amazing!! Even with masks on you can feel her smile and overall positive energy this morning!! She was just wonderful to anyone walking in the shop. Just wonderful!! My sister and I were very happy we picked this Coffee Bean today!! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

I go to this place when I have time and every time, I regret it because of the service from the employees. They act as if they are in a bad mood or some one is forcing them to be there. It just a personal experience maybe they are selective in who they’re going to treat good. In my opinion they should treat people equal. Never going back to this place, I rather give my money to Starbucks

Great place to go out at night for a walk an a really good coffee.

Very clean, plenty of seats inside and in the back patio, well organized, and decorated. Courteous and friendly staff, not to mention their delicious coffee. Thank you for making my visit a pleasant one.
