The staff was very friendly and very kind, especially to my grandson. In addition to our order they gave us fresh hot donuts! Anytime I go to Chico now, I will make it a point to treat my grandkids there. Also the many flavored milks were a huge hit!

Very nice donuts, although one staff member was very rude and charged me for the free vaccine donut. The employee was working on Thursday at around 10 o'clock. But other than that, very good food and work environment.

This place gives other Krispy Kreme stores in the state a bad rap. Employees are RUDE as can be. Sub par donuts at best. Just a bad experience not once but twice at this place. Will not ever go to this store again.

How you gonna be a “fast food” donut chain and not even be open before 7? Like I’m trying to by my family some cheap donuts at 5 am.

A fun and friendly atmosphere which I really appreciated during my early morning commute. The doughnuts are always very good. He only downside was that their hot chocolate was a little too hot at first.

They have large windows so that kids, and adults, can watch the whole doughnut making process from start to finish.

My favorite part of the visit was that the employees thanked me and wished me a good day as I walked out the door.

The Krispy Kreme chain has experienced a number of issues in recent years. This location is an example of the reason why. The service was terrible and employees disconnected. We should have known something was wrong when we visited on the Saturday morning before Christmas and found the parking lot was empty and only two other customers were inside with no one in the drive-thru. We waited patiently for a few minutes while the one and only front counter employee struggled with a large order and the other staff made themselves invisible. Another employee finally appeared, but waved us off when we tried to get her attention. The final straw was when the poor front counter employee finished with the large order and then began helping the family who came in behind us, totally ignoring our presence. When we complained the only response was a shoulder shrug. If the staff doesn’t care...we can certainly spend our money with the local stores instead!

Not only do they have great donuts and service - the Manager/Assistant Manager are the best! They went to bat for my daughter when she lost her wallet there. Very honest and upright individuals! Thank you for your help in finding her wallet! Again - the food is good too :)

Today at 7 am we walked in to get 2 dozen doughnuts. We were the only people in the store and we got our first box done. The man assisting us asked if we could wait just a minute so he could help someone at the drive through, 20 minutes later we still didn't get our second box. We had to ask three times if we could finish our order because we were on a time limit, to which, because of this experience, we were late. If we didn't promise to get these we would have walked out because of this terrible service. They assisted the person behind us with 5 dozen boxes before they even finished our second box. This is the worst service we've ever had and definitely not something we want to go back to.
