Why is it that all Dutch Bros workers in Chico always ask for tips?! If your service is good enough, customer will have already given you tip without asking. When Dutch Bro workers ask for tips, it makes some customers feel uncomfortable and obligated to give. If they say no to the tip, they will feel embarrassed too. I don’t recommend asking for tips. Starbucks never asks for tips.

These guys are great! They always have a smile and a fantastic attitude. The drinks are great and they offer coconut milk, almond milk, and soy milk in addition to regular milk. Lots of sugar free/low carb options too.

By far the best Dutch Bros in town! They are always super friendly and always get the order right. If something isn't to your liking, they will go above and beyond to make it right so that you end up having a good experience.

They had TWO people walking around getting orders in while you waited in line, both were friendly, even if you already ordered. They gave our dogs treats, got our orders correct quickly and has a long enough drive-thru line that we could get off the main Rd.

Usually one of my fav places for a drink but this time the out door seats were dirty and when I asked for a towel to clean them he refused. Said he would send someone out ti do it. 30 min later still dirty. A wet paper towel was too much to ask for? Smh

I usually love Dutch; but this location will serve 1 walk up for every 12 cars in the drive.
There's also this bro-ista in the evening that is just awful. He takes literally minutes to make a drink, and I've seen him twice make himself a protein shake using the store blender before he started mine.

Dutch Bros is my personal favorite coffee place! Great service, friendly, and they will usually replace your coffee if there's anything wrong with it for free! Don't forget to ask for a stamp card! ❤
