They need a better system on making it quicker for customers to get their drinks. I decided today to get down to order my drink and still took forever plus they forgot about my order. However I do understand mistakes can happen. They are pretty busy. Another thing they can work on is having someone greet the customers as soon as they walk up to the window. My order was an iced golden eagle with soft top extra caramel drizzle.

This location spreads so much positivity and kindness!! Daniel and Jerrod were both very very kind and sweet. Friendly customer service. Jerrod payed for my drinks which was such a sweet gesture, totally made my day. The girls inside were also lovely. Drinks were also yummy. Definitely will be coming back.

Their drinks are really good. I would say that they just need to improve getting their drinks out a lot quicker! I once order a mango drink and it separated because it was just sitting there for a while! I get that this place is fairly new at this location but I think it’d be better to get customer drinks out to the car and not wait till their at the window!

Dutch bros always have great customer service to begin with.
The line was moving really fast and I ordered 10 drinks and they were all made perfect and in a very reasonable time. I will always come back since it's right off the freeway!

In line for 40 min!!! Avoid! Yes staff was nice. But nothing is worth that long of a wait! And they got my order wrong!!!!!

Let me tell you how dirty it is I swear the kitchen equipment looked like from the 90's omg

I know there are just kids starting out on their first job. Do you remember your first job. I was 14 years old, flipping burgers 🍔 lol. So dont expect them to be coffee wizards and know it all's 😒. N dont expect them to have amazing customer service skills. That's develops over years of experience. So be patient and show your appreciation for the lovely young wrkn class. N remember to tip too!
