I am the happiest person now that this location opened!!! Today was the 1st time I came here walked in only one person in front of me no long lines like Los Gatos waiting forever.
This location has a separate food counter I am so happy thank you thank you thank you!!

Wish the reuseable coffee cups you sold fit in BMW cup holders!

This is a new Philz across the pruneyard. The line was long and the parking isn't the best because there's not a big lot. We had to make our own parking next to the 10 min pick up but we got lucky because the car didn't get towed. I wouldn't do it but we didn't really have a choice. Maybe park on the street. The service is good and the avocado toast is delish! We went around lunch time so it's a given that it's going to be super busy.

Nice coffee shop. Comfortable seating. Coffee/tea are good. Food is OK. Service is spotty - sometimes excellent, sometimes slow. Almost always greated with a smile.

This place is awesome..great team and management. Coffee is incredible.

This is one of those places were everything is great expect the location. Philz belongs at the Prunyard, not at a former Baja Fresh across the street. Also finding a place to park and sit is a hassle.

The customer service was excellent. The employee's knew returning customers by name and this really impressed me. The coffee was a different than the normal Starbucks, but enjoyable.

They're always busy at this one but the staff are usually friendly enough to make up for the wait. Plenty of space most days too, the only real problem they have is that they're not exactly setup to meet their demand. It's a good problem to have, but it can lead to a longer wait than what most are probably used to. That said, I've always found the wait to be worth it.

Terrible experience, first and last visit at this place. This place is clearly so overrated. We ordered Silken Splendor with medium cream and medium sugar and Jacob's Wonderbar. Jacob's Wonderbar was exactly like the coffee I make at home, nothing special. For Silken Splendor, since it was our first time here, we didn't know what their medium sugar and cream means. We felt it had less sugar and cream than what we were expecting. So we looked around for sugar and cream, but they don't have it. We went to one of the associate to ask for it and he had terrible customer service skills. He started telling us that we have to ask for desired sugar and cream while ordering. Of course genius we did. But your medium was not same as our medium. What's the big deal to fuss on that.
We also ordered their 'famous' avacado toast and chocolate croissant. Avacado toast was very average in taste, something you can make at home very easily and much better and chocolate croissant was missing chocolate, just a hint of chocolate in it.

Great coffee. A step above most coffee shops in terms of drink quality.
