Interestingly enough, the coffee wasn't great. The coffee in two of the 3 cafeoffnated coffee containers was like warm and all of them tasted a bit sour. I like to drink my coffee black but I had to add milk because of that. The croissant was good. The highlight was the indoor bike rack. Made choosing this place easy since we rode in.

I really wanted this place to be great but it just is not. It's located a block away from a Starbucks and I was determined to find a nice independent coffee shop instead. I've been here a number of times and every time the food is passable, the coffee is uninspired and many of the staff look like they don't even want to be there. Downtown Campbell seems like a place where people want to support small businesses but this place isn't really even trying. Disappointed. :(

We are regular visitors to Orchard Valley Coffee in an unconventional sense. When we go to the Farmers Market in Campbell every week, we stop for a sip of water which is always available, free at Orchard Valley. Best part of it is that you never have to ask for it. A simple gesture like this goes a long way in making this place a personal favorite. We have occasionally picked up orange juice, pastries and coffee here all of which are pretty good. We finally got a chance to eat lunch here recently. Much as I hate to admit it, we did not like it very much.

We had ordered two vegetarian delight sandwiches- one on a 9 grain roll and the other on a sourdough. Both sandwiches were cold, dry and hard to digest. It needed to either be toasted or given more punch with condiments. As is, it was hard to swallow. It needed dollops of ketchup, pepper and salt to push it in. It is possible that non-vegetarian dishes are better. But as it stands, I recommend it for the coffee, pastries (which are pretty good) and thats about it.

Such food typically warrants only 3 stars but given how nice the folks are and how welcoming the place is, I give it 4 stars.

This is a large indoor coffee place, limited outside seating. $3 for a large organic dark roast. Teas and smoothies too. Good selection of additions, honey, brown sugar, choice of creams and milk. Very walkable area with plenty of sun or shade.

Been coming here for the better part of 25 years. Great atmosphere, lots of tables, a few upholstered chairs and sofas, great coffee, WiFi, plenty of places to plug in your laptop. What's not to like?

Very fast service, great pastries--the scones are delicious! Beverages are average. Great, friendly atmosphere. You can keep to yourself or chat with friends. Welcoming seating area, accommodation for quite a few people.

Last Sunday the barista spoiled what should have been a good experience. I walked up to the counter after the customer who had ordered before me received their coffee. The barista told me to go away and she would call me when my coffee was ready. What? Then she told me that standing there wouldn't make her work faster. Why was this necessary? I suppose she just makes coffee and leaves customer service to others. This is a nice place in spite of one bad attitude. Management, take notice. If this happened once, it will happen again.

Popular downtown Campbell coffee shop with a good selection of coffees, pastries, and snacks. This local hot spot has plenty of indoor seating as well as a few curbside tables that are great for people watching on a sunny day. This is a great spot to grab your takeaway coffee before exploring the Downtown Campbell Farmer's Market on Sundays.

Visited on the weekend. Have a milk allergy, informed the cashier. Watched the barista make my drink with regular milk then when she handed me my drink insisted that it was made with soy milk. My daughter's drink was only lukewarm. Maybe it would be better during the week when it's less crowded, but would not recommend a weekend visit.

Tasty breakfast treats and friendly staff. The only critique is that the noise level is somewhat loud if it's crowded.
