Common Perk Coffee Bar & Eatery

Loved their food/pastry/drink - better then most places similar. Their breakfast sandwhich has a house made chipotle jam that was really amazing! The one downside is their Cafe space - it's small and really doesn't encourage spending much time there.

Stopped by yesterday for the first time! Ordered an Iced Chai Latee with a splash of vanilla bean. It was so good that I am ordering the same thing again today! Great customer service! Super friendly! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to stop by today so I asked if they can drop it off at my office which is on the same block and they agreed to it! Thanks for being flexible with me! Appreciate it tremendously!

So happy this spot opened up in our neighborhood! I had the croissant breakfast sandwich which is probably the best breakfast sandwich I ever had, and the Ube crinkle cookie is excellent. Looking forward to making this a regular spot :)

I visited the Common Perk 4 days in a row ordering coffee drinks for the family. The coffee was very good, drinks made correctly and best of all the staff was very friendly. I would definitely return when I visit the area in the future!
