Okay, so this time I ordered the Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Very cinnamon-y. Nice smooth coffee drink.

I liked it but I think I might stick with my teas. I feel like tea is more refreshing and less substantial.

So happy to have found this cute lil spot! Service was great & location is lovely :) Had a delicious Iced Vanilla Oat Milk Latte. Cannot wait to return!

Love this place is just incredible in the nice thing is you can order online and they even offer CBD to add to your coffee they could probably add all of the more selection on their pastries but you can’t have everything

Burbank hipsters unite! And yes there is such a beast as Burbank Hipsters. It’s not an oxymoron. You’re going to get an adequate espresso drink at The Palm. They use Equator coffee and pull a pretty strong shot. Service is satisfactory. Crowd is as expected. Small joint not really up to hanging out inside for very long. Overall four stars and for Burbank that’s pretty good. Pro Tip: Yum Yum Cupcakes is right next door ❤️

Very nice coffee place neat clean and cozy
They have different kind of coffee which all of them good even their chai latte is very delicious and spicy. They open on Sunday which is great for a lot of people because it is a slow day. The decorations and the colors of this place is very relaxing

Super cute place, nice employees, fun place to hang out! Very unique coffee shop. Lots of plants, great owners, good coffee.

I have changed my review to 1 star. After posting this, I called the shop, who said they would be processing a refund shortly. The refund NEVER CAME. They did NOT refund the money from this horrible experience. The sadness and sorrow shown below by the owner is clearly fake, as the owner never reached out to me and instead just wrote pretty words to make themselves look better. I am all for supporting small businesses, I just do NOT recommend supporting this one.

After reading the reviews, I thought the experience here would be much better. The coffee was incredibly over-priced and stuff made at home tastes better.. staff wasn't as welcoming as the reviews make them seem. I only gave 2 stars because the atmosphere of the shop was good, but other than that, I would not recommend this coffee shop.

Ordered a hot americano and asked if they make it strong cause if not put less water, they said its strong. I got it and it looked see thru almost like tea! I asked the guy if if I could get add shot cause it's real weak,he said get in line and pay for it. I told him I said if it was weak to use less water and he said something about the size of cup and not to stand at the counter where the napkins were cause that was their space 😂. He said I'll make you another but you're gonna have to wait which would take more time than just add shot.
The guy was super rude so I just left. The lady was nice. He was a tall guy. If you like weak coffee and getting yelled at --The Palm is your kinda place😁
