In-sīt Coffee - Buena Park

I'm a huge coffee drinker and I absolutely love the cold brew here! It tastes strong and bold, and it goes down smooth with no bitter aftertaste at all! The baristas are also very friendly and recommended me the cold brew because I mentioned that I enjoy black coffee.

In-sīt Coffee is located on the third level of The Source OC that just opened up and it has such a nice welcoming and cozy vibe. Good coffee and free Wi-Fi makes it an ideal place to study also.

Obsessed with In-sīt Coffee! They have the BEST ice banana latte! I had a banana latte once in Kansas City and fell in love.. ever since then I searched every coffee shop in Orange County & LA for banana lattes with no luck. I found a few that had them but they didn’t taste close to the one I originally had. Finally I tried the one here and it’s even better than the original! I’m in love 😍
I drive all the way here for my banana latte. I am also a fan of Nutella and they have a yummy Nutella waffle here too that is soo tasty!

Price:
- Most of their drinks average $5, coffee and non-coffee

Pros:
- All of the drinks are great! Everyone is trained well, drink quality is consistently yummy
- Modern/hip interior, great vibes, reminds me of South Korea

Cons:
- Interior has limited seating, outside is more scarce

Very good coffee, very good tea. I enjoy the atmosphere within. It is comfortable a good vibe. The reason why I give it 4 stars vs 5 is it is a bit pricey for a smaller size which is considered a large. If you're going to pretend a medium or a small is a large at least have the price be moderate considering the size

Service is strange, after placing my order, "thank you" from cashier was absent. While waiting for my order to be called, I noticed of the staff brought drink out to customer, so I figure they would do the same if customer sit outside. After 10 mins had past, went inside, found my drink on the counter and the staff on her phone.

My friends and I spent the last 4 months meeting here almost every morning to work/study/chat together. The baristas are so kind and friendly, the drinks are amazing, and the environment is an amazing place to focus or relax in. I’ve moved away from the area and miss this coffee spot greatly!

Visited at 1040 on 5/22, the gentleman who made our coffee was working by himself, he was incredibly nice and the coffee was amazing! Definitely bookmarking as a favorite and coming back!

Great service and cool/chill vibes with free Wi-Fi for customers. Cold brew was just okay. Maybe I'll try an iced latte or something else next time that'll be tastier.

This place is a bit pricey and their Wi-Fi is spotty but it is my favorite coffee shop to work at. Great vibe, food and drinks are worth the price and lots of good seating.

They really hit it off with the seasonal drink this year. Marron Latte is probably the best chestnut latte I’ve had at any cafes. It is really incomparable to Starbucks chestnut praline latte. I like to get mine with oat milk. It does come with a hefty price tag ($7.75 for large) but it’s well worth it. I hope they decide to keep this one on the menu all year long.

I am bummed that they no longer sell waffles here because they were the best (especially the Nutella waffles). Not a fan of their croffles. I wouldn’t recommend.

Parking is free in the parking structure. Good luck finding an open seat because they are normally all taken by laptop table hoggers. Wifi seems to be reliable here.
