Dutch Bros Coffee

This employee ignored me right in front of the window. There’s an echo under this thing and your voice is projected. He had picked up the iPad to take orders but seen the lady in the drive thru started to take the persons order in front of me. I was trying to ask if he could take mine so we can both be out of here soon since we’re obviously on our way to work. He completely ignored me. He could’ve said something to decline but wiped down the counters like I wasn’t there.

I was unimpressed and unsure what all the hype was. The coffee was ok, Starbucks is better in my opinion but still not my go to. The menu is made mostly of sugary designer drinks but a limited selection of solid cold brews or coffee without all the whipped cream, sugar, or drizzles. If this is your style of drink you might love this place but for a great cold brew I'll go somewhere else.

The staff were great though and that's why service received 5 stars. They were quick, efficient, and very friendly.

I live in Idaho and go to Dutch every week day before work. I go to different Dutch stands as well, not just one. Let me say that this stand in Brentwood is the absolute slowest Dutch Bros I've ever been to and was not happy at all with how long I had to wait. There's clearly a different standard here in Cali than there is at the Idaho Dutch stands. Can y'all please try and make your drinks faster? Also one of the things I love is talking to the barista at the counter while waiting for my drinks. That did not happen at this stand. We ordered a golden eagle and a Flapjack from the menu, once we finally got up she asked us if we got the golden eagle and the mocha which led to confusion then she stepped away from the window making other drinks. Today was my least favorite Dutch encounter. I will be going back to this stand several times to see if it was a one time thing or if my issues are consistent. Will update review as necessary

I absolutely love dutch brothers when visiting my girlfriend parents it's a stop I must make and grab the "golden🦅eagle on the rocks....😎💥

Super friendly and caring team. They moved SO fast to get me back on the road. The americano was tasty and so was the carne latte. Highly recommend making them a stop on your morning commute.

Delicious coffee, Jose was a really nice barista. Struck up a great conversation. And gave me a bomb drink

OMG I finally made it to Dutch Bros and they totally made my day. The staff was super nice and helpful. It was my first time here and I had no idea what they offered. I just wanted a coffee! What do I know about all the different options. The girl at the front was super patient and helpful. Thank you! It's nice to experience positive customers service. Plus they have good coffee!

Dutch Bros always have exciting staff members, and can have a wonderful conversation while waiting. We like their coffee and other drinks a lot. Plenty of options to pick.

First time here and we ordered the annihilator + 911blended. Perfect for this 90 degrees weather. And my pup got her puppicino treat!!!

Yikes what a disaster. We walked up to the window and no one would even look at us to take our order. Waited for 15 minutes without anyone even acknowledging our presence and then decided to leave. The music was absolutely blaring and clearly the drive thru was the priority. It’s like we were bothering them by being there. Multiple people left the line when no one would acknowledge them. Someone could’ve said “be right with you.” But nothing. Won’t be back!
