I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! I'm glad we turned around! After driving through Death Valley this place was a pleasant experience. Great food. Evening is great!

This is a nice local joint. Very cheery, yet down-to-earth staff. The dirty hippy frappe is a delicious drink for hot temperatures. Also the spiced house mocha is a treat. If you like hot hot lattes, make sure to specify. The hot drinks never end up really hot (which I happen to like), but I know preferences very. Delicious, house-made pastries as well. Gluten free options, too. Also, there's usually good music playing. Join us at the local loony bin! I mean bean. ;)

A truly outstanding coffee shop. I've been here when in Bishop before, but somehow had never written about it. Their coffee is fresh and delicious. Their sandwiches are exquisitely conceived and crafted. I had both a breakfast bagel with ham, gouda and tomato, and then a lunch BLT (but arugula). Both sandwiches were perfect. Their seating area is nice and wifi is reliable. A great place to spend some time while chilling in Bishop!

They covered all their outlets, so not a good spot for getting work done, popping in from the mountains for your meeting, etc. Seems kinda rude. Decent coffee, good wi-fi, food is pricey but not overpriced.

This place was really good. Had a breakfast burrito and blended coffee. They were both really good. The customer service was really good as well. Everybody was nice and super friendly.

After a communication mixup on an order I'd placed on a Monday for that following Mothers Day Sunday, I was told they were double booked for the weekend and wouldn't be able to make the cupcakes I'd ordered. As a business owner myself, I understood but mentioned I was disappointed.
The lovely couple who runs the place then worked extra hours that weekend to make sure my order not only was ready for us, but they even used a recipe I had provided and the cupcakes were FABULOUS! I admire this in any establishment and cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you so much Looney Bean for making my wife's Mothers Day particularly special by recreating a bit of her past during a troubling time in our lives.

Wish I could’ve tried the food but the wait was 30 min for a breakfast sandwich and with my dog in the (running, of course!) car outside I couldn’t wait. Coffee was delicious, and so many cute local items for sale inside. Looking forward to stopping by again on my next drive through.

This was one of my favorite coffee shops along the whole Pacific Crest Trail. Delicious food and good coffee, plus a cozy vibe. If I lived near Bishop, I could definitely see myself parking myself here and getting work done.

Stop here often on my way through Bishop, always friendly staff. Always come for the great coffee. It's almost always been busy but they have a large staff and the wait isn't very long.
