Gold Bean Cafe

Gold Bean Cafe is my girlfriend and I favorite local cafe. A great place to stop at before heading to the saturday farmers market. With a really friendly, top notch group of people working here.

The horchata cold brew is my new favorite coffee, after trying it for the first time here.(Horchata made in house)

Their bagels are really good and make for some of the best breakfast sandwiches in town!

The muffins are always moist and delicious as well!

Solid find. New coffee spot that opened in April 2022. Fast wifi, clean bathrooms, GREAT customer service and definitely not least awesome bagel sandwich and drinks. I got an egg & cheese bagel on cheddar jalapeño with avocado and veggies. Superb choice 👌

Perfect place for breakfast! The bagel is very quality and filling. Caramel latte is pretty good. Going to try other specialty drinks and smoothy.

This is my new coffee spot in Berkeley. Family owned/operated and they treat every customer like they’re a welcomed member of the family.
Make sure to try their horchata cold brew…it’s the one! Plenty of tasty bagels and baked goods for your morning fuel too.

I love to try local and new coffee shops in the east bay and Gold Bean Cafe did not disappoint. The setting is beautiful and great customer service, they have a wide variety of drinks and food to order all which look phenomenal. I opted for the famous egg and cheese with bacon, and a dulce de leche iced latte both were less than 18$ and worth the price. If you haven’t tried it yet get yourself some great coffee and a wonderful breakfast bagel.

Tried their oat horchata cold brew and dulce de leche latte, both were great drinks. If you’re adventurous go for their cold brew and if you have a sweet tooth get the latte.

Super sweet people and the service is really quick too. There are tables to enjoy your order while studying. Plus, they have free Wi-Fi. Awesome place near campus! ^^

Robust, tasty drinks (with crushed ice no less!), properly seasoned bagel sandwich, and great service/staff. What’s not to love?

Everyone loves this place their food is delicious and fresh, we love the chicken pesto panini. They make great tasting coffee drinks and the staff are some of the nicest people. Since they opened we go there 3-4 times per week!

The best place to brunch near campus!! I've been here multiple times, trying out all the dishes and have always been amazed.
The chipotle chicken, pesto chicken, turkey club sandwiches are all amazing. The Plain bagel with cheese too.
Also try the brioche bun egg sandwich.
The iced coffee protein shake was surprisingly delicious.

Sooooo good, and such a welcoming spot. A variety of drink options and super customizable sandwiches/bagels. If you're a fan of cream cheese, with a slight upcharge, they load your bagel up ridiculously- in a good way :D
