Billie's Kitchen

I was looking for a place that had Birria. I've been wanting to try it for a while. Billie's Kitchen popped up as a choice and the reviews made this place sound like the best! Well, I just had the Birria Tacos with rice and beans and I can assure you the 5 star reviews are spot on. So delicious and fresh! I'm glad this place is right next to where I work because this is my new taco spot!

Almost forgot to mention the beans. The beans! So much flavor. Honestly they are the best I've ever had!

Excellent Food and Service.
I ordered two each of shredded beef and bacon ranch chicken tacos.
Took one each home, they tasted almost as good as at Billie’s.

I was on a road trip with my son. Our car had an issue and we had stay the night. The people I encountered were unfriendly to the max, with no inch of sympathy. I was energetically depleted and had come to the conclusion that Barstow was a hot and unhappy hole in the desert.

Anyways as we were waiting for our car, we decided to walk over to Billie Jo's restaurant.

Let me tell you, it was a breath of fresh air. We were greeted with genuine kindness. And when you are down a smile really does turn things around.

We were taken care of so wonderfully and Billie Jo even gave my son extra chips for free when she noticed he wasn't eating his burrito.

You can immediately tell she cares and that this restaurant is her baby. Please support it by coming by, you will not regret it.

Every single customer there was happy and at ease.

Billy is a very funny lady. I like to joke with her. Also is my kids favorite Mexican food place in town. Because she can cook well

I had such a great experience here. Great food and great customer service!

My co workers told me to check out this place. It definitely didn't disappoint. Food portions were big. I had the carne asada burger and it was very good. The meat cooked just right for me. Couldn't even finish and bad to take the rest to go. Stuff was very friendly. Owner walked in a greeted everyone. Will be back again when I'm working out here. Great desert gem.

Delicious! Birria was excellent! Billie was sweet and welcoming. It’s about a mile off the freeway- worth it!

Best place to eat in town. Very clean establishment. The food was amazing and the service was just as good as the food. Billies kitchen has now become my favorite place to eat in all of Barstow. Billie’s prices are also as good as their food. They truly deserve the 5 star review hell if they had an option for a 10 star review they would have it. Try them I promise you won’t regret it.

Everything from tacos to burgers is bomb!

Really nice little taco shack off the beaten path. Billie has a huge local following and with good reason. I had the al pastor and for the first time in MANY tacos I could taste the pineapple along with the nato colored pork. And for dessert they serve Thrifty ice cream. Does it get any better?
