Quick and friendly service when you arrive. When ordering I was a little overwhelmed when selecting sweetness levels, so I just ordered regular sweetness. My drinks were ready super quick which was nice. They were a little too sweet for my taste, so now I know to order less sweet next time I go. Overall, it was a great experience.

I go here at least once a week, sometimes more, the staff is always very friendly and helpful with great recommendations. I'm usually not a fan of boba, the texture throws me off, but I love their boba. Also very good prices, I highly recommend Prestotea!

9/3/2022 - I have been visiting here often.. I still resorted back to Oolong Tea, no sugar, low ice and boba... This is my usual final stop before heading back to OC.

Authentic Taiwanese Tea - Jasmine green Tea and Oolong Tea. Get them without sugar to taste the tea flavor.
If you want a little sweet then add Boba.

Very disappointed and grossed out by my visit tonight. The cashier did not greet me. Only told me my total. Then I noticed the girl making the drinks had long acrylic nails and no gloves on, scooping the ice. Another girl was waiting for the drink to put the lid on it. She kept scratching her head and touching her face and then touching a towel she was holding. She used that towel to wipe down the drink before handing it to me. I didn’t say anything but I covered the cup in sanitizer when I got in my car. You need to practice better customer service and especially cleanliness. That is a health hazard!

This location is SO cute! They were so friendly and prompt! The cups are GREAT! High quality lids, and love the heart shaped "stopper" and the little holder on the lid for it in case you want to re-use during. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I was very satisfied with my order, I got matcha pearl milk tea with oat milk and regular ice I must say it was very delicious. Silkie smooth tea with the boba being the perfect texture. I'll definitely be coming here a lot more since it's closer to me. Thank you Marley and staff for comforting my thirst duing my lunch break ❤️ I recommend this to anybody :)

I am a regular client of you, I go to your place almost every week. This time a wanted to try something new, an ice coffee (vietnamese) I ordered without ice, and I got half of my cup quantity. I felt really disappointed.

This place has the best caramel frappe ever!!! Definitely recommend!!

Got the $2 Vietnamese coffee last time,, which was great and then the matcha today which tasted like water ..... maybe it's bc I got the 30% ice and the bomb hot bobba melted it all the ice. Next I'll try regular ice
