I love meeting clients here! Staff is friendly and coffee is GOOD.

We went in during the Harry Potter theme week and the store was well decorated and very immersive. The drinks were also themed and were very delicious!

Their espresso machine broken from the time they opened, and my wife was informed that she could “have one of their teas”. Why would a coffee shop that closes at 3pm be doing maintenance on their machine before opening and not the day before after closing? But more egregiously, it was raining while my 35 week pregnant wife and 2 year old were waiting outside for them to open, and at 10:00 am, opening time, an employee came out to tell her it would be 10 more minutes, and did not invite them into the shop and out of the rain to wait. I fail to find a more apt description of failure to serve a customer. Regardless of how good their coffee is (which I don’t know because their espresso machine was mysteriously inoperable), anywhere with service that terrible will not receive my business.

My favorite coffee spot ! rather come here for better tasting ingredients ! They are the real deal . Ive gotten family and friends on ☁️ 9 and they love it 🤍

Came in may for the Star Wars experience and the whole caffe did an amazing job

I just love this place. The ambiance is stellar, the people are nice and the Turmeric Almond Latte is the best thing ever! You have to visit this cozy place hidden inside a corporate building.

The design of the place is so adorable and unique, the staff is kind, and the drinks are awesome! We were just passing through, but seems like this place is a gem in Bakersfield!

I took the 99 from the east bay to LA last month and stopped here for a cold brew, which ain't easy to find in this part of the world. Cloud 9 is reasonably close to the freeway, which was a must. What isn't clear is that it is located in a wells Fargo lobby, with a separate entrance. I wasn't sure it actually existed until after I parked and walked in. Cold brew was very good.

-Vanilla latte with oat milk was good nice toasty flavor
-It was themed for May the 4th which was really unique

Nice ambiance, friendly faces, and great flavors! I got a lavendar latte and will dream about it til the next time I am in the area.
