Dutch Bros Coffee

We love visiting Dutch Bros whenever we’re near one. The staff here are friendly and the drinks were yummy.

Everyone here is always so kind and happy! They have such a great variety of drinks and they always get it right! Even if the lines are long they always do a great job of getting everyone taken care of.

Easy drive through. Good service too.

I was standing at the order window for humans, not for cars, for 10 mins, multiple employees have seen me and completely ignored me, I’ve asked questions and still no attention, music was playing super loud inside. I started writing this review, and a manager noticed me and made someone take care of me. They asked me if I wanted to leave tips, of course not. I should have gone to Starbucks, I didn’t notice that it’s close by.

A rude teenage driver cut me off, cut in line in front of several cars, almost wrecked into my vehicle, as well as, the vehicle behind me. Dutch Bro employees didn't attempt to fix their parking lot. They didn't provide SAFE traffic control efforts. To top it off, the bad driver is friends with employee at the window who was given 2 free drinks and they talked like there weren't 12 cars in line. You know you're busy Dutch Bro, stop coddling bad, rude drivers because they're your "homies." I'm a paying customer. Who doesn't drive unsafe in a tight parking lot. Have some consideration and stop encouraging bad drivers to come through your tight parking lot like that.

Even when the lines are long they still move quickly. The people taking your order are always super nice and very helpful if you have any questions about a drink. I prefer this place over the popular place with the mermaid logo because when I take a drink of Dutch Bros I taste coffee with a mild hint of whichever flavor I ordered. At the other place I get a mouthful of sugar, an overwhelmingly sweet taste. If you aren't a fan of coffee they have alternatives including energy drinks. They also have drinks especially made for kids!

Hayden is amazing at what he does. I wish there were more people on this earth with the same attitude as this young man. I just came in for a drink and go about my stressful day when Hayden turned my whole day into a joyous one! He should be promoted immediately as he is an expert at customer service! I will be back and spread the word about how amazing the service is at this establishment!

Love this Dutch bros shop in Arroyo Grande. It's a must if you need your Dutch bros fix like I do. I drive 15 minutes from Avila beach just to get our drinks. Service is always excellent.

Great customer service, coffee, and value!

The coffee was amazing but the real gem here is the customer service. All staff I interacted with were incredibly friendly and they looked like they were having a party in there, seems like a fun place to war. The coffee itself was also very good, not too sweet and I could tell the coffee had some strength. Only negative thing I have to say is I wish I had one located closer to where I live but I'll be on the lookout for any other locations when I visit other areas.
