Love their coffee, my favorite place for mochas and lattes. But everything I have tried is amazing. Their chai tea is pretty sweet and I love it! This location is rad, you can people watch or get to go. All in all a worthwhile experience

Good not great coffee. They don’t offer pour over instead make batch coffee and dispense from an airpot. Foam on milky coffees is variable. This is my fall back is Brio is not open.

The sweetest staff! I love this place, they are always so nice and friendly. I love their seasonal drinks too!

I had a great white chocolate mocha here. Friendly service. Not much indoor seating, just a few bar stools, but the drinks were lovely

Locally owned coffee shop. If you are at the Arcata Plaza and want something with coffee in it, head on over to the Jitter Bean. The drinks are always great and the staff is always friendly and helpful. If you want something cold, get an Explosion.

Some of the best coffee around. They make my favorite drink... The Si special, which is a white chocolate mocha with 1 extra shot of expresso and a shot of salted carmel.

Great service and coffee. There are around three selections of coffee roasts. As well as drinks priced reasonably. Even spotted me five cents so I didn't have to use my bank card.

Very good latte. Nice servers. Fun location. Reasonable prices. Clean environment. Have been there several times. I'll be back.

Love this business. Always get a delish fresh cup with a great smile. Clean & sunny with a spacious workspace counter. True, no restroom.

A wonderful shop with enthusiastic employees.
Its a much better shop to visit when there isnt a lock down.
