Blondies Food & Drink

The only things that are good at Blondie's is the big selection of bottled beer and the live music. The sandwich selection is awful, unless you like over paying for only melted cheese and meat on two pieces of bread. There are only 2 veggie options, and I would barely call them that. I paid $16 for two sandwiches that were basically some very heavy dairy spread, avocados, tomatoes with more cheese melted on that. I'm vegan but when I noticed there were scarce selections of veggie sandwiches I felt like I had to compromise. I tried substituting hummus for the dairy spread, but was told they either "pre-spread or pre-make" the sandwiches, and that they'd just throw them away if I tried to substitute. Then the worker still proceeded to make the sandwiches, which gave me the impression that nothing was pre-made. Then after that, on a sandwich that was marked to not have extra cheese, there was still extra cheese. I don't normally scrutinize places so heavily, but as a person who has worked in the food industry and customer service, this experience didn't feel great.

I love the concept of the deli/market/music venue, but I need to visit on a different night. My kids were with me and this is not a child-proof place.

Bad service. Good menu. Food takes to long and isnt cooked well. Multiple times had burnt food and slow service. Nice staff.

Coffee grind.. that's just what was left over after dumping it. Also it wasn't hot at all. Tastes really bad and old.
