Always fast, friendly and delicious! I go just about every day to get an Iced Caramel Brulee. Its a drive-thru coffee shop with an awesome rewards app

Place has great coffee, never has a burnt taste to it. Also even though it says its busy the line definitely moves fast. But unfortunately sometimes I order coffee and I end up missing 1/4 or less of coffee which kinda sucks but not a big deal I guess

I have been coming to Six Beans, Bear Valley Rd for years and never had a problem. Today I did. I ordered the Caramel Freeze Frappe which pictured it shows the caramel down the sides and on top. One day they stopped. I was told they don't make it that way anymore and I would have to ask. So I have been ordering it and requesting it to be made like the pic. Today a different employee came to the window and said it's a .50 charge and it's on the menu. That's fine but her attitude was what was so bad. I asked her to show me and she could not. I told her they said I just have to request it and she said No Ma'am we have all told you of the charge many times. Actually we have all told you everytime. And she was loud about it. I have never ever heard of this charge or paid this charge. Which .50 extra charge is NO big deal. But the way she handled it was crazy. It must have been someone else she was talking about. Maybe she was having a bad day but as a customer that's not my problem!! The pic on the menu shows caramel. It's a caramel freeze. It should have Caramel LOL.

So glad I tried Six Beans. I've now found my favorite carmel frapachino 😀

My wife use to go to this coffee shop almost twice a day. She stopped going as much soon as they brought in new employees. We also have other family members that go here and we all feel the same way. We are losing love for this coffee shop due to the staff that works here. New employees seem to be less talkative, and rude at times. Sometimes they even have some really loud nasty music playing. My family and i do not like that at all. Its so loud our kids in the car can hear it. This place is lagging now. It so sad to say cuz we have been proud loyal customers for a long time. Hesperia location is perfect. staff is perfect there. Seems like all the good employees are at hesperia location now.

The girls here are always very nice and friendly. They give you suggestions and are attentive to your order. Good prices on drinks too! Thanks Six Beans Barstow!
