Perks Coffee House

A great little coffee shop with a great courtyard outside (though sometimes people smoke out there). The tea is okay and the paninis are delightful. The staff is always super friendly. A great local cafe!

Best coffee shop ever!!!! Always make it they way I want it, even if they have to redo the whole drink. I am picky lol plus they make amazing breakfast sandwiches. Num num plus I can call it all I'm so I'm not late for work. Last but not least their staff is always amazing!!!! Love this place!

Very rude customer service, waited about five minutes for muffins, when I asked she said oh I forgot, also did not heat them after asking me if I wanted them heated. She seemed annoyed I had kids with me. My kids are very well behaved and I will definitely take my dollar elsewhere.

Nice little hidden gem, refreshing to find a coffee place that isn't just straight sugar, staff are nice and attentive. The place is overall really clean, and they even have a quaint little outdoor area with comfortable seating. Could probably clean the fountain a little, but otherwise my wife and I would recommend.

Man oh man, right when I walk through the door of ONE OF LIFE'S PERKS COFFEE HOUSE in Apple Valley, California they greeted me with a foot massage. The coffee is decent but what really makes me come back is the cat that lives in the bathroom. It really ties the place together. Steven, who is also a scuba instructor in his spare time, is my favorite barista. He always makes sure to wink when he hands me my coffee. It makes me uncomfortable but I kinda like it, idk what's up with me. Anyways, gotta go see the potty cat! Highly recommend for children and pregnant women!

Very friendly staff, very clean place and yummy Seattle Freeze. We had bagels as well. I did not care for those as they have a very course texture, not soft and chewy. They put them in a panini press to toast them, which was good. I might suggest better signage, to make finding the place easier.

Girls working this last Sunday had a terrible attitude. Wouldn't even acknowledge us just because we came in 7 minutes before closing. Not just that but their group of friends that where hanging out at the table made sure to chime in so we knew they were closing soon. Finally one of the 2 girls reluctantly asked what we wanted. Made my wife feel so bad, we just walked. Sorry some of us are busy and can't always come in when its more convenient for your employees. Hopefully they get to clean up early everyday moving forward. God forbid if the business is actually ran for the complete advertised operating hours.

The people here are unfriendly and have no interest in the guests. Sometimes when their acquaintances come, they chat happily and loudly, but they are indifferent and unkind to others. The drinks they make are terrible. Coffee is sour and not fresh. And they don't even know how the machine works. If not, the machine is not in good condition. (I used to be a barista) Even the blended drinks they make are out of proportion and taste terrible. I wanted to make this my place. So, I kept visiting and tried to find good points. But, as always, it is the people who fill the space. At that point, this place is filled with terrible people.
