Dutch Bros Coffee

I have been coming to this location since they opened, it was my favorite location despite the closer one to my house. I kept coming here because the staff is all so friendly. The last month every single worker is so rude, unprofessional and hardly acknowledges you. The have gotten extremely slow on service as well. I'll be going back to the lichen location as they are extremely friendly and fast (even those they're 2x busier!)

The young lady taking my order was pleasant, they brought our drinks out to us in line. My drink was wrong so I had to stop at the window and ask if it was the right drink or if they made it without the syrup and whip cream. The girl was so rude and kept asking me questions that were unrelated to the issue. She then just walked away from the window and about 45 seconds later handed me my drink made correctly. To say the least I was not pleased.

I love the drinks they've always been awesome. The order takers are alwys quick & no matter the weather they're always in a good mood. The long drive thru lines are understandable either bcuz of the time or popularity but lately it seems like it takes FOREVER to make like 1 drink. I understand that each drink is handmade but when theres a huge line & @ the window they're just yappin away, it does get a bit annoying. It might b a good idea to have a 2nd pickup window or a bigger early exit. But as for now I will have to deal with it bcuz I gotta have my drink! :)

I went into your new location in antelope as I am a resident of the area and went to purchase a gift card on Father’s Day as a fathers day gift. They had a “Dutch dad” window sticker special for Father’s Day. I purchased a $15.00 gift card and no drinks as I do not personally drink coffee very often and was not thirsty at the time for something else. As I checked out I asked if I could have one of the stickers to put with the gift card I had purchased as a gift for Father’s Day. I was told I needed to purchase as drink to receive the sticker. I informed the employee (Elisia A.) that I did not intend to to buy a drink and was hoping since I had made a $15 gift card purchase approx 3 drinks worth of money they would kindly still give me one under good customer service . She offered to sell me a drink to get one and I declined. I offered to purchase the sticker and she would Not sell me one directly. At this point I wasn’t going to argue about it, it’s a just a sticker. The point is this was a perfect opportunity to provide good customer service to someone who made a purchase. Being a business owner I think it’s extremely petty to have done this as will never return to this location. Dutch Fail!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst drive-thru design EVER. Have been going to this location since they opened and have ordered the same drink every time. Today it took 3 attempts to properly make my drink. And somehow between my visit yesterday and today, the price increased by $1.50. Ridiculous. Turn the music down so you can actually hear the drink orders.

I get my usual White Chocolate Mocha Freeze Picture Perfect and to date haven't been disappointed at the Northgate location. My husband tried the Raspberry Mocha and he LOVED it. Thank you

Dutch Bros on Antelope near Walerga is OPEN. We went this morning for the first time and will be regulars. Everyone was super friendly and word must not be out yet cause we got in and out super fast. Delicious!!!

Didn't order anything but shared a tea in the parking lot after hours and the dutch bros parking lot has a great vibe and atmosphere to chill in and share a dutch bros tea. Would recommend and already made plans to come back next Tuesday

Coffee here always good people are very friendly to everyone
